It’s almost time for Purim, one of the most festive Jewish holidays of the year! The celebrations begin Wednesday, Feb. 28, and end at sundown on Thursday, March 1 (14th of Adar). Purim celebrates the salvation of the Jewish people in ancient Persia from Haman’s plot to destroy them.
