Our home sale statistics provide a detailed analysis of the information you need to know when purchasing a home. The average listed sales price and average home listing price is displayed, along with the average new home listing price and listings under contract price. You can also use our home sale statistics to view the trends in housing inventory, days on the market, and the number of active listings being reported and closed listings each month. We provide this information to you to help you in searching for a home in our favorite communities such as Chatham, Madison, Maplewood, Millburn, New Providence, Livingston, Summit, Short Hills, South Orange and Westfield. These statistics only include the current listing information gathered from GSMLS, so they will not represent a full history of the property listings.
