The Sue Adler team is the best in the Real Estate “game”. I had an Amazing experience working with Sue to sell my home in Northside Summit. I met Sue back in 2013 when I first thought about putting my house on the Market. I was so impressed at our first consultation that I knew I just HAD to work with Sue. I decided to wait a bit before putting my house up for sale. Sue completely respected my hesitancy and did not put any pressure on me. When I knew I finally was ready to move, I immediately contacted Sue. She was over the next day with a complete file of comps. At our meeting, Sue explained the home selling process, how she and her team of experts would work with me each step of the way in selling my home. We set a sale price and I signed on to have her list my home. Sue is not only professional and efficient but she is nice and understands that the selling process can be a very stressful situation for the seller. Sue knows her market, knows how to structure a sale process and transaction that benefits the seller and the buyer. From our first consultation all the way to closing the deal she was totally focused on my needs. There were absolutely no communication gaps in coverage and execution of selling my home. Each member of her team has a specialty in bringing a home to the listing phase: the photography and copy writing were fantastic, the open houses were perfectly managed. When it came to the contract phase Sue guided me through every step from explaining the terms, negotiating on my behalf to accepting the right offer. Sue has a fantastic “transaction team” that jumps in and gets the owner through any and all issues from the inspection to the signing of the contract. Sue’s attitude of “let’s get it done” is 100% what she delivers. Sue Adler and her team are truly “'yours to count on'”.
