Listing Success Manager ·
Erika Olesen

As Listing Success Manager, Erika Olesen works in tandem with our listing agents to ensure that each client's home-selling process is seamless and positive. From flawlessly coordinating all marketing aspects, to tending to showing requests and feedback, Erika impeccably manages every detail with precision, organization, communication, and a cheerful and personalized experience. Coming to us with a sales and event planning background, Erika clearly understands "the client" and how to wholeheartedly partner with and nurture that relationship. In particular, as a former event coordinator, Erika acutely understands that significant moments in one's life (getting married, selling a home, moving) should not be merely transactional. She aspires to take the pressure off our clients during these transitions and to facilitate as stress-free an experience as possible!

Erika grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and holds a BA in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Erika currently resides in beautiful Hunterdon County.

When not working, Erika can be found cooking gourmet meals or spending time at the barn with her horses. An avid equestrian, she began riding at the age of 2 and has traveled all over the United States for competition. At the age of 18, Erika advanced her passion into breeding and training her own horses. Not only is Erika a "people person," but also she loves animals and is utterly devoted to her two dogs Atty and Godfrey.

The Sue Adler Team really came through for us!

After interviewing top Westfield agents, we decided to list with The Sue Adler Team and I can say they are hands down the best real estate team we have ever worked with. They had gotten a record breaking price for the custom newer home down the street and we had a unique updated character home with a carriage house and pool which we anticipated might be a tougher sale, but Sue and her team came through for us! They not only market to the buyers looking in Westfield, but because they dominate the Summit/Short Hills market, they reach those buyers and agents with their email marketing as well. As soon as the house was listed, they created a group text so the communication was seamless throughout. Sue and Amy advised us on home prep/repair tips, had a stager come out, put in writing everything they would do to market and sell my house ( which they followed through on). Their professional photographer did a full day photo shoot and even came back to do the exteriors as needed to capture the house with the sun in the optimal position. They produced an amazing cinematic video showcasing the lifestyle of the property both during the day and at night, a 3 D walk through, and a very robust property brochure. Now here is the best part... What really sets this team apart from any other agents is their transaction management team, led by Chris. His role is to be the seller's advocate in inspection negotiations and the contract to close process and he has experience with every type of contractor under the sun so the process moved along smoothly. He is level headed and the voice of reason. When I spoke with Sue after we closed, I told her that she needs to stress this point of difference at the listing appointment, since I don't know of any other agent that has a dedicated home inspection negotiator looking out for their sellers. This was a huge value add and what really stands out in our minds. A huge thank you to Sue, Amy, Chris, Erika, and Jess! You really came through for us! Emily & Frank CannoneRead Less

Sue and Team, We do want to thank you all for your help in selling our Summit house. Your help was immeasurable and appreciated by all of us (including the buyers who have let us know how delighted they are with their new home!) We are happily settled into our new home which has the added feature of enough storage space for us to hide the boxes left for us to unpack.. someday! Thanks again to you all. Terrific experience working with Sue's entire team. They were exceptional and made what could have been a difficult process smooth and painless. I wasn’t even sure I was ready to sell or how to start the process. A cold call from someone on Sue's team in August is what set this entire process in motion and ultimately led to a great outcome for me! Larry was a treasure and at every point along the way he was diligent, thoughtful and attentive. He answered all of my questions (which were many) and made me feel I was in a safe pair of hands, even when it looked dicey. Likewise, the transaction team of Chris and Kelsey made sure everything ran smoothly and walked me through all the necessary paperwork and up-front details. Kelsey was also terrific at managing the logistics of closings and highly attentive to all the details that probably would have slipped my mind. She met with the handyman, coordinated letting his team in, etc. She truly went above and beyond to make this sale happen. Erika and Aislinn got me ready for staging and photos and brought the house to life. Multiple people commented on how beautifully the house photographed and I credit Sue's team for all of that. And finally (hope I am not leaving anyone out) - Jessica! She facilitated all of the inspections with the town, including the CO. She met with the inspectors and town agents when I couldn’t and I literally had my house in her hands. Bottom line, from someone who works in a business where customer service and the client experience is everything, Sue's team is exceptional and made the process of selling my home look easy, though I know there was a tremendous amount of work on their parts behind the scenes. I don’t have any other properties to sell but I would recommend her team without a doubt to anyone looking to sell a home in the area.Read Less
