I was searching for a home in a very prestigious and competitive area, and it was not easy to find the right one. Throughout the entire process, Vikas stayed by my side. We went out almost every weekend to look at houses, and whenever a new listing came on the market, he would immediately screen it for me. He always understood my needs and my preferred style so well that every recommendation he made was right on point. Vikas is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. During our home tours, I realized how familiar he is with the neighborhoods, the trends, and even the history of the area. He is also very responsive, always punctual, and has excellent negotiation skills. One thing that really impressed me is that he seems to know every local real estate agent, and he has built wonderful relationships with them—which made the whole process so much smoother for me. He didn’t just help me find a house—he helped me with every step of purchasing it. Honesty, clear communication, realistic advice, action-oriented follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly are non-negotiables in my book. For my own home sale, I knew finding an agent who met all those expectations would not be easy. But working with Vikas exceeded even my highest standards.
