As a someone who hold real estate license and practiced as full time realtor years ago, I hold very high standards when it comes to how a real estate transaction should be handled. Honesty, clear communication, realistic advice, action-oriented follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly are non-negotiables in my book. For my own home sale, I knew finding an agent who met all those expectations would not be easy. But working with Vikas exceeded even my highest standards. From the beginning, Vikas impressed me with his transparency and professionalism. He didn’t overpromise just to win my confidence—he gave me straightforward, realistic estimates, which built immediate trust.
