I was searching for a home in a very prestigious and competitive area, and it was not easy to find the right one. Throughout the entire process, Vikas stayed by my side. We went out almost every weekend to look at houses, and whenever a new listing came on the market, he would immediately screen it for me. He always understood my needs and my preferred style so well that every recommendation he made was right on point. Vikas is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. During our home tours, I realized how familiar he is with the neighborhoods, the trends, and even the history of the area. He is also very responsive, always punctual, and has excellent negotiation skills.
