We were very grateful to work with Lee in purchasing our house in Maplewood last spring/summer. As first time home buyers moving from NYC/Hoboken and not from the area, we didn't know much about the suburbs and various neighborhoods. Lee walked us through the home buying process, offered to give us a tour of the town, made recommendations for our attorney and house inspectors, and was well connected to other agents in the area. What we appreciated most about Lee over other agents we had met with was that he was always responsive and humble - no question was too big or too small, and always made us feel prioritized. He would also take time out of his schedule to view the house with our contractor before we officially closed - so it helped speed up the overall renovation timeline. It was an extremely competitive market with winning offers going well above asking, and Lee made sure to get our offers in quickly even if this required working on a Sunday night. We were able to start the house search process and have an accepted offer within 1 month. It was a very smooth first time home buying journey!

My wife and I worked with Larry to find our first home and I couldn’t imagine having a better experience. Initially, what drew us to Larry was his knowledge of the towns we were targeting (Maplewood, Montclair, South Orange). Bidding practices, town history, neighborhood details - you name it, Larry knew it. But while that was valuable, the best part of working with Larry ended up being that he was truly an objective advocate, and he earned our trust time and time again throughout our search process. Suffice it to say, we would (and have!) recommend Larry to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable agent who you know will have your best interest in mind!

Jennifer was a fantastic partner in helping us buy our home. We had no prior knowledge of the areas and she took the time to walk us through all the critical information we needed to know - commute times, community feel, taxes, etc. Once we narrowed down our list of towns, she quickly set up a really efficient day for us to tour a variety of homes which included town tours where she drove us around (each in our own cars due to Covid) the towns and showed us schools, restaurants, train stations, etc. This gave us an amazing feel for each area. She had great commentary as we walked through each house and really helped us narrow down what we were looking for. When we made an offer, she had great strategic advice to ensure our offer went through - and it did! Post acceptance, she guided us through all the critical pieces through until close. It was such a pleasure working with her and we can't recommend her enough.

Laura was so helpful and patient in our home buying search. She was knowledgeable about all the different of towns. Laura understood what we were looking for and was able to help us find a great home in our budget that met our style and preferences. She also has a great network of people in the industry each step of the process we felt supported and informed.

There is no doubt that Summer 2022 with a high pressure and stressful season to search for and bid on a house, and I just don’t know what we would have done without Finn. He stayed on top of the market, got us in early to see key properties, was persistent in helping us find the right options in a broad range of towns, and brought great intel to the table to help us construct an offer that made sense for us and ultimately won us our dream home.
