S. DeMarzo & Sons, a family operated construction business, was established in 1952 by Joseph DeMarzo. Headquartered in Madison, New Jersey, S. DeMarzo & Sons continues to offer homebuyers in the southern Morris county area with superiorly crafted new homes. Today, the business continues to be run by two of Joseph DeMarzo’s sons, Samuel DeMarzo and Joseph DeMarzo, Jr., along with his grandson, Samuel DeMarzo, Jr.
