Last week in Atlanta, during Keller Williams Family Reunion, something happened that honestly made us pause.
The Sue Adler Team was recognized as the #1 Group in the world across all of Keller Williams Realty — out of more than 175,000 agents.
It’s an incredible honor. But the truth is, when we heard our name called, our first thought wasn’t about rankings or awards.
It was about the people who made it possible.
The families who trusted us with the sale of their homes.
The clients who referred their friends and neighbors.
The community members who have supported our business for so many years.
Real estate is deeply personal work. Every home sale represents a major life moment — a move, a transition, a new chapter. Being invited into that process is something we never take for granted.
This recognition really belongs to the community we serve.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of homeowners across Summit, Short Hills, Maplewood, Chatham, Madison and the surrounding towns navigate those transitions. Our goal has always been simple: to make the process thoughtful, strategic, and as smooth as possible for the families we work with.
Behind the scenes, there’s also an incredible group of professionals who help make that happen every day. From our team members to the stagers, photographers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and so many others who collaborate with us — this work truly takes a village.
Sue often says that real estate is ultimately a relationship business, and moments like this are a reminder of how true that is.
We’re incredibly grateful to be part of this community and to do work that we genuinely love.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted us, supported us, and been part of this journey.
We’re very grateful.
