I began my conversation with Tracy (through a family friend recommendation) in January 2020 as I was looking to assist my mother in selling her home. Within about 3 months we completed all of the preparation and closed on the sale during the height of the current pandemic. As if that wasn't enough, she was with us every single step of the way after we were under contract - through a BUNCH of crazy unexpected curveballs - she was available, patient, helpful, and knowledgable. And then when we were ready to put our apartment up for sale, she went above and beyond to find us an expert local-to-us seller's agent, setting up and joining intro phone calls with us and talking us through the options. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service is very important to me.
