He made this whole messy experience a pleasure. He responded immediately to any questions I had and I've he didn't have the answers he hounded those who might. I have never worked with a more responsive person in any field. It always felt like we were in good, thorough and knowledgeable hands.

We have purchased and sold many homes in our lifetime and have never experienced a team of specialists like Jennifer and the Sue Adler team ( Chris Arcadia and Rich Peloso). At each and every stage of the sale they were there to provide professional and highly skilled skills and talents to make the entire process seamless and stress free. We cannot recommend them more highly.

As a someone who hold real estate license and practiced as full time realtor years ago, I hold very high standards when it comes to how a real estate transaction should be handled. Honesty, clear communication, realistic advice, action-oriented follow-through, and the ability to solve problems quickly are non-negotiables in my book. For my own home sale, I knew finding an agent who met all those expectations would not be easy. But working with Vikas exceeded even my highest standards. As one who has bought and sold several properties, this was an exceptional experience. Hired to assist with the sale of an aunt's home in an area 50 miles from us, she delivered precisely as explained, achieving a price beyond their estimate and well beyond her hopes despite multiple challenges involved with the property. Also appreciated the transparency related to fees, etc. I would not consider a real estate transaction in this area without using their services.
