Josh kept me laughing and always greeted me with a smile! Our experience was a hard fought one… 7 months of looking like 10 bids lost… and every time I felt defeated there was a coffee or a slice of pizza or a sandwich shared to lift my spirits! I am a first time buyer, so he explained everything so I could understand and helped me visualize homes that needed work by calling in a contractor to give me ideas. Josh was never late in meeting me at homes. Even though he was always smiles and gentle with me, when we needed to push the sellers or realtors For answers he was respectful but firm. I really appreciated this. I would work with Josh again!
