Whitney and I would like to thank you guys very much. You guys did a great job from start to finish. Everything from recommendations to strategy, to staging, and closing. The best way I can put it. You guys are Pro’s Pro’s. We can’t speak highly enough about our experience this time around selling our house. Maybe it was luck with the outcome, but I truly believe you make your own luck by working hard. And that is what you guys did. You guys were always there when we had questions, no matter how complex or simple the question. Thank you again for everything. We will highly recommend you guys to everyone we know in New Jersey. In return a case a wine seems fair. HAHA. Seriously though. You guys all made the experience so much better and we can’t sing your praises any higher. Thank you. Adam and Whitney Artiano Wickham Woods, Chatham NJ Seller
I can't say enough good things about the Sue Adler team! From start to finish they were nothing but the ultimate professionals. Sue has put together an amazing team of real estate professionals who each have specific expertise to guide you through the process. Sue was very knowledgeable about the local market and provided me with honest and up-to-date information regarding the sale of my home. Chris Arcadia, Transaction Manager, is second to none in terms of his ability, proficiency, and judgment. He was at my side every step of the way, guiding me with his sound advice and counsel. When things got stressful, he was the voice of reason. And when my house sold and I needed a rental property, Jennifer Miller was there to show me the way to my new home. I highly recommend the Sue Adler team!
We highly recommend Amy Margulies! She was exceptionally easy to work with and by far the most responsive realtor we have come across. She helped us navigate the home buying process and was there for each step from the initial house viewing to closing and was helpful even after the process was completed. She is well entrenched in the area and has great recommendations for inspectors, designers, lawn care specialist, etc. We look forward to working with her again.
We worked with Amy to find a new home in Summit that was better suited to the needs of our growing family. She was super easy to work with throughout the whole process. She guided us through a tricky multiple bidder situation and we succeeded in getting the house we wanted. We had a great experience with Amy and would recommend her to anyone!
Amy helped us purchase our home in South Orange, NJ. We had an immediate need in a short period of time. We were first time home buyers and she helped guide us through the process and put together a first class team to get us through all aspects of the transaction. I couldn’t recommend Amy enough, she helped us land our dream home and manage our expectations as we searched through different houses and neighborhoods and was able to keep our pace as we made very quick decisions.
Laurie Silver-Corsello did a great job helping me selling my house. She listened to what was important to me and accommodated my eccentricities. Her strategy played out exactly the way she said it would. I believe the Sue Adler team is very knowledgeable and professional and I’m completely satisfied with their representation.
The Sue Adler Team is just that - a team! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Sue from start to finish on the sale of our home. We valued her expertise and counsel and were blown away by the commitment and go-the-extra-mile attitude of her Transaction Success Manager, Chris Arcadia. We would recommend the Sue Adler Team to anyone without hesitation!
I highly recommend Sue Adler and her team as your realtor. We had a great experience with all of them. Sue sold our home in Summit in 2 ½ weeks when other homes were sitting. I was incredibly impressed and grateful for her team approach. Sue has a listing support team who are experts in marketing, selling and home inspection negotiations. We would have been lost without everyone’s expertise. Sue helped us price our house right and was able to get numerous agents and brokers into our house immediately. Melissa orchestrated all of the marketing and simplified the process using an open house app which made the scheduling of showings easy and convenient. Chris Arcadia was a key member of the team, as he helped us get our house sale-ready and then helped us through the inspection negotiations. Amy Margulies helped us on the buy side, and we loved her! I would definitely use Sue’s team again!
Buying and selling a home are one of the most life-altering, meticulous, and personal decisions one makes in their lifetime. Having the right team makes all the difference in the process. The Sue Adler Team is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and kind. No amount of questions is ever too much for them to handle. Most of the time, they answered them before we even ask. They have helped us so much in the process of getting the home we wanted and has gone above and beyond what was expected of a realtor. Having Sue's team's well-rounded knowledge and gentle guidance gave us confidence every step of the way. I couldn't imagine going through this with anyone else by our side.
The Sue Adler Team has been terrific to work with. I think "go getter" is the best word to describe her buyer specialist. She and her team really want to match their buyers with the best home possible and they'll go to great lengths to make that happen. They found us by sending out letters for one of their buyers, which turned out to be the perfect fit. They then helped us find the perfect house (in only two weeks) and they made the buying process smooth and basically painless. I was impressed that their buyer specialist previewed properties before we saw them, and that she listened carefully to our feedback so she could make sure that we were seeing the best choices for our needs. She kept us focused too which was really helpful! We've had a great real estate buying experience. We highly recommend The Sue Adler Team.
Thank you so much for selling my house. Sue, you really deliver your promise. I now understand what it truly means to be No. 1 in New Jersey! Sue, I enjoyed working with you. You are sharp and decisive. You have that acute ability to grab the crux of the issue and organize a team effort to tackle it. It was a pleasure working with you. Chris has been a big help in the process. He is extremely intelligent, resourceful, and meticulous. He thinks ahead and plans well. It is very difficult to imagine that we would be able to close it without Chris’s help. California is like a world away from New Jersey. Yet, Chris was always there when I needed him the most. On January 2 the pipe burst in my house. It was chaotic, and the situation looked grave. Chris was the first to be there on the scene, stopping the damages, sharing information with me, communicating with the police department, and organizing the repairing and restoration effort. All of these happened while New Jersey was having one snowstorm after another, a truly amazing and long-lasting winter. Chris, without your help I was thinking that this pipe burst was going to destroy my selling effort! Once the house was under contract there are a lot of details to take care of. It was mind-bugling to me, to say the least. However, Chris was there leading me to maneuver through this jungle every step of the way. He helped me find plumbers, HVAC specialist, masonry, and electricians. All of these processes happened while I was in California. Chris, you made every detail work! Yours is a wonderful team, an amazing team indeed! Everyone plays a crucial role, and every role was implemented well. Yours deserves to be No. 1 in New Jersey.
It was a pleasure working with your team and I personally enjoyed getting to know you. I admire you and I could not have been happier with my decision to have you take care of selling my house. Thanks for a job well done and for your kindness. I was very grateful for everyone’s assistance on this transaction.
Lee helped us with our first home purchase. He was honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our schedules even if it meant showings first thing Sunday morning or after work during the week. He was willing to go the extra mile - whether it was to get us into see house we wanted to see or meeting a contractor to get an estimate on short notice. Lee was very attentive to our wish list and worked with us over a year-long house hunt that consisted of multiple bidding wars, one house where the seller backed out and ultimately culminated in the perfect house. We would recommend Lee to friends, family and anyone looking for a house.
My wife and I lived in Hoboken for 16 years. After having our second child, we decided it was time to find more space. I work in NYC, so I need an easy commute. Since we didn’t own a car, our knowledge of the surrounding suburban areas was limited. We met Amy after being referred to her group by several friends. Amy spent the first couple weekends taking us on tours of Chatham, Summit, New Providence, Short Hills, Millburn, Maplewood and South Orange. The purpose was to get us familiar with the communities. It was great! Soon we were looking at houses. We had only lived in condos. Amy was great at explaining everything we didn’t understand (SUP pumps??). After a couple weeks, we figured out what we wanted in a house. At a social event, Amy had a casual conversation with someone that was considering selling their home. After hearing the description and then visiting the house, she knew it fit our requirements to a tee. We made a special trip out to see the home, and made an offer later that night. After some good negotiating on Amy’s end, the offer was accepted. Amy is extremely knowledgeable of the towns along the midtown direct train lines. She works hard for her buyers; educating them about the neighborhoods and diligently searches for appropriate houses. I think she will do a great job for you too!
We met Amy at an open house for the home that we ultimately ended up purchasing. Having lived in Summit, NJ where our current house was, she understood the market dynamics in Short Hills. She kindly followed up with us over the next couple of months keeping us posted on this listing as well as other listings in which we may have been interested. After a price reduction, a lost multiple offer situation on this listing, we were ultimately able to come to terms with the sellers and sell our home within a matter of weeks. Throughout, Amy was a stabilizing force in the transaction and a huge reason why we are in our new home today.
Sue and her team listed and sold our home in Summit, NJ as part of an overall plan to buy a home in Short Hills, NJ. We trusted Sue to handle our sale and she expertly managed this listing in the extremely quick timeframe that was required to satisfy our corresponding home purchase contingency. Melissa is such an asset to Sue's team and made the listing process painless. Keep in mind that we had to accomplish in less than 2 days what most people do over the course of 2 weeks. In less than 48 hours, Melissa managed a team of resources that photographed, wrote copy and got our home in tip-top shape for an open house and showings that weekend. We were overwhelmed with a large amount of traffic and received multiple offers after less than a week after our home went on the market. Sue guided us through a complicated set of offers and after accepting Chris was extremely skilled at managing the rest of the selling process. He was there for every step of the way from inspection to closing and was a great resource for any and all questions. Sue has put together a great team and Melissa and Chris are a pleasure to deal with throughout this huge life-changing process
Sue – On behalf of Ivy and myself I am writing to thank you for all of your sage advice, support, and honesty. You always told us the way things were, rather than the way that we wished them to be. And the proof is in the pudding –by listening to you and following your directives we were able to conclude a successful sale—albeit with the usual trials and tribulations that go along with dealing with purchasers of ones home. And thank you for your team – everyone from Peter, to Melissa, to Chris to Rick – and the sales people who hosted our open houses- everyone was supportive, knowledgeable and great to work with. Your recommendation of both Pam (and her assorted team) and Leah was perfect; without Pam we never would have been able to dispose of all of the “extras” that we had accumulated in order to get the house into tip top shape.
Susie is knowledgeable, warm, responsive, available, patient and connected. All so very important when you and your family are making one of the biggest purchases of your life! She is wonderful to work with. I am working with her again to buy a house for my parents. So needless to say I would strongly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about the area, type of houses, the market, what to look for, what to avoid, etc. She listens and understands our needs and offers valuable advice. I frankly have saved a lot of time on searches! She understands what we are looking for and I trust her. She took us around with ease and confidence - you will be very glad she is on your side and working on your behalf. Susie helps with navigating the competitive landscape which can be stressful. She always remains clear minded and confident that we will find the perfect house. All in all, I am very happy we met Susie and are neighbors.
Laurie and her team smoothed a lot of bumps for us in what could have easily turned into a nightmarish process. Our buyers were fastidious, and the expertise shown by Laurie and her team helped us navigate the various situations that popped up. Laurie also displayed great patience as we dragged our feet to put our house on the market, showing she has a strong ability to know her clients and to respond to their needs. We followed Laurie's advice and that of her colleagues throughout the process, and we're extremely glad we did. I can confidently recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in the area.
Sue Adler and her team were impressive. We were excited to be selling our home and the process was seamless. We were confident in our choice in realtors and she came through with flying colors. The office team was exceptional as well. Her knowledge and stats in the market made us comfortable with all her decisions and guidance. The Sue Adler team is excellent and we would highly encourage you to use their talents.
Jenna is amazing!!!! She is honest and knowledgeable about her stuff! Buying and selling a home can be scary but she makes you feel comfortable with the entire process. Would recommend her to everyone!
Sue is a true professional. It was pleasure working with her and her outstanding team. It was the first phone call I received from team member #1 that encouraged me to proceed in meeting Sue. I listed my house on our first meeting. We understood each other and connected. Our house sold very quickly. Her assistant, Melissa is outstanding, she made so much happen, very efficient. And a special mention to Amy Margulies also who assisted in finding a new house for us. I have been recommending Sue to many people and will continue to. And if possible, next time around I will connect with Sue again.
Working with Sue Adler and her team was a fantastic experience all the way around. They are professional, detail oriented, and on top of everything. They actually handled things that I felt went way beyond their responsibilities. I highly recommend working with them.
We were relocating out of NJ and need to sell our home within a certain time frame. Laurie and the Sue Adler team delivered the best service we could have hoped for - they sold the house with a week, significantly over asking, and closed within 2 months, while we were remote for most of our closing. Laurie knew the market very well, she had an amazing contact who staged our home beautifully, the open house was flawless and we received multiple offers. She had an amazing team who helped us at every step of the way and kept on top of all the buyer's / relo company's requests. The entire process was seamless and painless due to Lauire's & team's efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Sue and her team helped us sell our house in Chatham. She got an offer within the first weekend, and when that fell through, she got us 3 more offers the following weekend! Her team has selling a home down to a science, and takes care of every step of the way, from photos, to pre inspection, to closing. If you want to sell your home quickly and for a good price, look no further.
I would highly recommend the Sue Adler Team to anyone considering selling a home in Short Hills. Sue and her team know the market very well and Every member of the team was caring, prompt and thorough in addressing my concerns and made me feel very comfortable that I understood the process and their strategy for addressing the presentation and pricing of my home. guided me very professionally every step of the way. My home sold very quickly with multiple offers and I was very pleased with the result.

Even the attorney whose name you gave me- Ron Zoller- was excellent. In the final analysis, it is no mystery that considering all of these things a friend of ours recently commented to me “it seems like all of the listings that sell in Short Hills belong to Sue Adler!” No surprise there! Best wishes
Amy is an amazing agent to work with - she is responsive and knowledgeable. She is also very flexible in accommodating schedules. She went above and beyond in making our deal work for us, as well as supporting us when we moved in. Overall, we loved Amy and would definitely recommend her as a broker.
This spring, the Sue Adler Team helped us both sell a house and buy a house. Although it’s stressful to do both at the same time, Sue’s team made the process as smooth as possible. Sue knows the market well and advised us on the right price to list our house. Then her team members each have their own expertise to lend to the process from marketing materials to a successful open house. Our house sold in one weekend! But the benefit of the team didn’t end there. There are team members that helped through the entire inspection process until closing. They are all quick to respond, friendly and true advocates. The buying side of her team is equally impressive. Lisa Blue was our buying agent and really paid attention to what we were looking for in a house and a community. She is not only professional, but caring. We found the perfect house and location! It seemed impossible to both sell and buy in time for the school year (our house went on the market in May), but we had time to spare. This is thanks to the Sue Adler team!
Amy's expertise, calm demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the housing market in our area made our home buying process, a smooth one. She is a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and provides insightful recommendations so you're fully informed to make the right decisions. She was laser-focused on meeting our needs and I would highly recommend her, whether you're buying or selling.
Our sale of a higher-priced home in Chatham Borough was complicated by a number of factors that required particular skill around negotiation, timing, market knowledge and understanding of the motivations and needs of both ourselves as sellers and our bidders. Sue Adler was a steady, smart and reliable partner in this challenging process and we feel she and her team delivered the best possible outcome for us.
After having my house on the market for the better part of a year I knew in my heart that I needed a new agent. The second time around I was rigorous in making a selection and with several seemingly good candidates in hand, I went with my gut and chose to go with Sue's team. It was a terrific decision. Every single person on Sue's team, including Sue, is kind, honest, responsive, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his/her respective area of expertise. I cannot remember a time to this day that anyone on Sue's team doesn't respond to my texts within an hour, if not less. Sue knows the market and studies the market like nobody's business, she knows how to market your house, she is honest, she has integrity and she sold my house in a bidding war in one single weekend. Her transaction manager was PHENOMENAL when it came to negotiating the home inspection. She knows EVERYTHING and everyone to provide estimates and proper responses. Phil was incredible to me -- available to meet my buyers, the inspectors, the buying agent, anyone who was at my house at any time. And he was so kind to my kids. As a single working mom who commutes 5 days a week, often travels for work and juggles a hectic schedule all around the service Sue's team provided to me top to bottom ensured I was constantly looked after, my interests were represented, and that I sold my house quickly and smoothly -- with no hiccups. It isn't just about getting offers... it's about taking you through the whole process and ensuring you are well represented at every turn right up through the closing. So it comes as no surprise that I used Sue's team on the buying end as well, and I was equally cared for and looked after in every way. Peter was an absolute GEM. Patient. Responsive. He listened to me. He heard and understood what I was looking for. He took me to see so many houses weekend after weekend after weekend, often with my kids in tow and as sweet and kind to them as you can imagine. At the time my kids were 7 and 5 and not terribly patient in Mommy's long home searching process. Peter was lovely to them. Absolutely lovely. And though our months of searching I made many offers, got into many bidding wars, lost houses because of my nagging home sale contingency and we started over again and again and again. And though it all Peter stayed with me, guided me, consulted with me, worked through every deal patiently and thoroughly. Never getting frustrated or pushing me to concede unnecessarily. He genuinely had my best interests at heart. Determined as I was to find my new home. And ultimately, when a house I had lost out on in a bidding war came back on the market he caught it immediately. He sent me the notice and we made another offer.... this time accepted. He was attentive and present with me through the inspections and all the final negotiations, always with my best interests in mind to the very end. When I closed on each house -- my sale and my buy -- I heard cheers from both Sue and Peter, who were genuinely happy for me, GENUINELY(!), to start this new chapter in my life. Without question, I would highly recommend to everyone I know! And, um, I already have. :)
My husband and I could not have been happier with the Sue Adler team. From the minute Sue and Laurie walked into our home, we knew we were in good hands. Their advice on timing, pricing and the listing process were spot-on. She brought us 13 offers and we had great ones to choose from. Sue was incredibly responsive and engaged throughout the negotiation process and her team was very helpful at navigating the inspection and closing process. Her team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We would highly recommend her team and will certainly use her in the future when we return to the area!
Sue Adler and her team of professionals made the process of selling our home in Summit stress-free; which, speaks volumes if you are in today's hardening real estate market. She made a life-changing event sail through completion from the first meeting to closing. Suffice to say, selling a home is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions for many people, it certainly was for us. Having Sue and her team as our partners steer us through the "maze" helped us find a qualified buyer quickly and fast-track the entire process. Her team seemed to work round-the-clock, answering all of our many questions virtually immediately while providing advice on the myriad of options we had to be sure our home was priced competitively, staged beautifully, and sold in the hottest time of the market place. If you are contemplating who to engage as your realtor, I would tell you -- pause, call Sue Adler and you will be glad you did.
The Sue Adler Team can not be compared to other realtors! Sue is a powerhouse in every way. Her knowledge of the Summit market is one of her best assets. She timed our listing perfectly. We received multiple offers the first weekend! However, her team's work does not end here. Dawn, the team's transaction manager, was there with us through the rest of the selling process, from the home inspection to repairs to the final walk through. Peter, Sue's husband and our buyer specialist, also did an amazing job in helping us with our purchase. This could not have gone any more smoothly. If we ever move again, we certainly would use Sue Adler and her team again.
We selected Sue Adler to manage the sale of our custom Summit NJ house after thoroughly interviewing a number of candidates. She proved to be extremely prepared and knowledgeable of the high end Summit market, but also very organized, enthusiastic, and eager to please us and, most importantly, to succeed. Sue has put together an impressive team of professionals who guided us through each step of the process and they were all immediately available whenever we had questions. Sue and her team always respected our needs and our home and Sue gave us constant updates on the market and potential buyers who had expressed interest in our house. She proved to be creative during negotiations and was open to discuss alternative strategies. A Real estate transaction can be a very stressful experience for many reasons. Selecting the right agent to navigate through the process can make a big difference. I strongly recommend Sue Adler and her team to anybody who is considering a real estate transaction in her area.
Laurie Silver-Corsello impressed us from the moment she walked into our home. Thoroughly knowledgeable, eminently prepared and pleasantly dynamic – these attributes served us so well as our house was listed, marketed, shown and sold. What we could not have known and appreciated from that first meeting, however, was the personal attention and guidance that she would continue to provide -- and always with the same level of honesty and dedication. We learned that time and time again through her work with us. Whatever Laurie said, she delivered. She was clear-headed and logical when we needed her to be and stepped up with solutions whenever situations developed. Working with her Sue Adler team of Melissa Bulwith, Neil Steiger and Peter Jacoby continued the level of professionalism that Laurie had introduced to us. In short, the experience of selling our home with Laurie Silver-Corsello was, in one word, “Sterling.”
After an extensive and unsuccessful listing with another agency, we hired Sue to sell our Summit property. She showed the property during the first week of the listing and obtained an agreement of sale. Sue's team expertly managed not only the basic sale process but also managed surprising town-related permit issues, and last minute buyer concerns with alacrity, calmness, and humor. In the hands of a lessor team I am certain that our home sale would have fallen through. It's no wonder that Sue and her team are #1 in NJ for 11 years in a row. Thanks Sue and Dawn!
Sue and her team were a pleasure to work with. We used The Sue Adler to both sell our home in Maplewood and buy our dream home in Northside Summit. They provided a tremendous amount of support during both processes. Sue has fantastic local real estate knowledge and her amazing team moves through the process quickly. Sue Adler sold our house in 4 days- bringing in 6 solid offers, several offers were over asking price. Her team members are all a delight to work with, taking out much of the stress that is normally associated with buying a selling. We would use Sue again if we had to, but thankfully we have found our lifetime dream home! We highly recommend the Sue Adler Team
I hired Sue Adler as our realtor (we were the seller) based on her reputation around town. what I didn't know (or frankly understand well) was that not only would i get her but her "team". I had no real concept of what that approach was all about, but now that I've seen it in action I'd highly recommend it to anyone. its seems sort of the realtor concept on steroids! Sue basically has an expert on all aspects of selling houses working with her. Whatever questions I had (electrical, structural, legal etc) she has someone that handles it immediately. No waiting for her to consult an outside expert. It's the no waiting aspect that i really liked. When I had a question, I wanted a quick answer and got it!! She had promised at our first meeting that calls would be answered within 15 minutes. Frankly I didn't really believe that speil but it proved absolutely correct throughout the entire process. Sue herself knows her business and her market extremely well. I needed a good marketer but one that was not obnoxious. Sue brought me several offers after the first weekend and and exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. I would recommend her and her "team of experts" approach to anyone looking to sell (or buy) in her markets.
We had a great experience with Sue Adler and her team. When my husband and I first thought about selling our home in the Glenwood Section of Short Hills, we contacted Sue because of her reputation in the community. She came over to meet with us to discuss the home-selling process. We were ambivalent about selling as we enjoyed living in our house and neighborhood. Sue respected our hesitancy and did not pressure us to sell. When we decided to sell a year later, we reached out to her and Sue and her team expertly helped us every step of the way - from providing staging advice to determining pricing to developing promotional materials, etc. The team approach worked well: all the folks we worked with on the team were knowledgeable and professional, and if we wanted to talk with Sue, she was just an email or phone call or away. It could not have worked out better for us so we are grateful.
Sue, Thank you again. We were very impressed by your deep knowledge of the real estate market in Short Hills, your direction on how to position and price our house for sale to create a ton of interest, and the support of an always available team of specialists that worked together to make our house sale very successful. After the first weekend, you brought us multiple offers and we were able to choose the best price and terms. Expertise in any field is a beautiful sight to behold, and too infrequent. So thanks to the Adler team for knocking it out of the park for the Younger family! We are grateful for your management of the house sale and happy to share our experiences in any marketing you do. All the best,
We had the pleasure of working with Sue Adler and her team to buy ( Chatham) and sell ( Glenwood Section, Short Hills). Peter Jacoby was very honest, reliable, helpful and knowledgeable during the buying process. He went above and beyond to help us get estimates on repairs for our future home and he always gave great advice. Sue Adler put our home on the market and sold it the first week of listing. Her Transaction Team was amazing from contract til closing. Their expertise on repair negotiations is unmatched. We highly recommend Sue Adler Team.
I don't normally give reviews, as while most people I work with do a good job, it is no more than they should be doing. Sue and her team are the exception to my rule. We had bought another home out of state and were moving to it prior to listing our NJ one, and so it could have been a nightmare of a process as I am a control freak and wouldn't be able to see what was going on or get involved. From DAY ONE, the Adler team never let me down. From marketing to open house, to feedback follow-ups and more importantly keeping me updated with HONEST information, apart from the 750 miles between us I felt as though I was there. Sue got 3 offers and perfectly negotiated the deal. Dawn was the project manager and while there truly were minimal issues that the buyers wanted attended to, it was an absolute relief when Dawn told me that she would handle it all. We have bought and sold several times and never had the level of care or service that was being shown by Sue and Dawn. Dawn also handled the required town inspections, letting me know when they were taking place and once they were done. I think I can sum up Sue Adler and her wonderful team simply by saying that they are honest professionals. They know what they are doing and try and take the stress out of the process, they are honest with all information (it may not be exactly what you want to hear but it's the truth) and they do what they say they will do. Sue doesn't sell homes in NC so I doubt we will ever work with her again, but I can guarantee you that if we ever were to look to buy a house in NJ again we would certainly work with Sue and we have zero reservations about recommending her to our friends and anyone else who will listen to us! If you've read this testimonial and haven't read any others, please read them, you will find a constant theme running through them. Happy Sellers who found the same great things about the Adler team that we did. List with Sue, she will do her best for you the way she and her team did for us.
Sue and her team are hands-down the most professional and responsive team we could have working for us when we sold our house. Sue is a marketing genius--she attends to every detail and has mastered the digital forms of communication that many buyers rely on. Photos were beautiful, brochure was spectacular and the negotiations were handled most effectively. We felt like we hired the best!
Christine Harmon is interviewed by "Star Power" about her home buying and selling experiences with Sue Adler. Christine describes how connected Sue is in her communities and embraces all the latest technology in a way that other agents do not. "She is very connected...everyone knows Sue... She keeps a pulse on her clients like I have not experienced before, it's not just about the transaction with Sue!"
Our home sold so quickly we had no time to be anxious. The "team" is dynamic, professional and most important of all really nice people. No pretense, no surprises just great support and great results.Would we recommend Sue Adler to you? Positively YES!
The word team is often meaningless. Sue and her colleagues make team meaningful for their clients. Their expertise and coordination capabilities were thoughtful, careful, respectful and mindful. They think about what they do - how unique. Their attention to detail in helping me think about what I would do to prepare the house was outstanding. As I was travelling out of country, they made the extra effort to keep things on track by their sensitivity to time zones and my business schedule. This is their job but also their passion - getting it right for all parties.
I would highly recommend Scott Shuman of the Sue Adler team. He is extremely knowledgeable with regard to the current real estate market and he used his expertise to secure top dollar for me during the sale of my condo in Chatham. He went above and beyond the call of duty to attend to every aspect of the sale of my condo. He was responsive to my needs as the seller and responded to any and all of my numerous questions in a timely as well as professional manner which made selling my condo from 1,200 miles a way a breeze. Thank you Scott, for making the sale of my condo an absolutely seamless transaction.
We were delighted with the professionalism demonstrated by Sue Adler and her team headed by Ms. Dawn Preziosis. They were there for us at each stage from preparing to sell our home to dealing with the closing process several months after the sale. During that period of time, they managed the various problems of preparing the house for us after we had already moved to another state. We highly recommend this team. They helped to make a stressful time in our lives into a manageable experience.
Sue is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. Her greatest strength was in her pricing strategy when selling our Maplewood home. It's critical in this market to price a home correctly so there's interest from potential buyers and the listing doesn't get stale. We followed Sue's guidance and were not disappointed. She brought us multiple offers in this buyer's market. It's a tricky market right now and if you want to sell your home quickly you need to rely on good advice from an accomplished agent. Sue is definitely someone I would trust to sell my home again.
Deciding to sell our home in Summit was something that my husband and I thought about briefly. We contacted Sue Adler to discuss it, to see who was out there as potential buyers, and what the Summit luxury home market was dictating for a home as large and well built as ours. Within a week, Sue found a buyer, connected him with us and our house was sold. It was really that easy, or at least it seemed that way. Sue went to work immediately for us. She called potential buyers, met them to discuss our home and really worked to find us solid buyer. Her team, which includes Dawn Preziosi, was essential when it came to the details of selling a home, going through an inspection, all the way down to the details of finding the workers to correct any small problems that were found in our inspection. Dawn worked side by side with electricians and construction workers to ensure that every detail was corrected and up to inspection standards. We have never experienced the sale of any of our homes before, and were really ignorant to the process. There is so much, so many small details and Sue and Dawn, and all of their team members, really made this a smooth process for us. They took care of every detail with such attention and focus. I recommend this group of individuals so highly, and truly consider them all friends after having gone through this process with them.
I strongly recommend Sue Adler as a buying and listing agent in the Millburn/Short Hills area. In sum, she has extensive knowledge of the relevant housing market, and more importantly, she works diligently to assure the best results for her client(s) - even when its not in her own best interest. Drawing on her extensive experience, Sue provided us with excellent insight on how to best have our offer accepted while avoiding a bidding war on our new house in the Glenwood Section, which clearly had other interested purchasers. Following Sue's advice, our offer was accepted and the contract was signed. However, this only started the hard work by Sue and her staff. In the following weeks, Sue and her staff continued to assist us with all work needed to close, as well as guide us through some additional work we wanted to do on our new home after closing. Now its December, and we had to sell our current house in Millburn (South Mountain). Timing was critical as we wanted simultaneous closings. Through Sue's marketing advice and strategy, we were able to sell our home after only 3 days on the market. For both buying and selling, Sue’s advice, services, expertise and attention to detail went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. She was always personally available to assist us, guide us, or simply answer questions. This is clearly more than just a profession for Sue. Having Sue on our side made the sale of one home and the simultaneous purchase of a new home a pleasure.
"Sue is, in one word, the best. We had our house in Chatham on the market for six months with another realtor without any offers. We re-signed with Sue and after a few suggestions and on-point marketing she was able to bring us 3 offers almost immediately. She worked incredibly hard for us and was always straightforward and honest, offering up solid advice. If I am ever in the market to buy/sell a house again, I would absolutely work with Sue and her team."
Sue and her team are great. I worked with Laurie Silver-Corsello, who was everything you'd want in a realtor: she knew the market, made herself available around my schedule, handled many details around the closing, recommended reliable contractors after the sale and otherwise made this a pleasant experience. Sue and her team have a great feel for the Millburn-Short Hills area and are very well regarded locally, which also makes working with them a bonus.
If you were going to sell your house, you'd have to come up with reasons why you wouldn't ask Sue to take on the challenge. She’s that good. Okay, so there are several caveats. First, Sue and I have been friends and colleagues long before she helped me sell my house in MIllburn. Second, some of this review is not just Sue herself, but her team, especially Dawn Preziosi, her transactions manager. Third, I'm likely not your typical consumer since I work in the industry and know too much. Having said that, if you were going to sell your house in one of Sue's markets, you'd have to come up with reasons why you wouldn't ask her to take on the challenge. You should start with, "Is there any reason why I shouldn't use Sue?" She's that good. Local knowledge -- there may be other agents who have a better pulse on what is going on with the market at any given time. I just don't know them. She and her team handle so many listings, handle so many buyers, and are doing so many deals that they have a really, really good grasp of what's going on, what buyers are thinking, what features are important, and which are not. She knows the towns, the neighborhoods, the schools, what it's like to live there... pretty impressive for a Philly native. One piece of advice: if you're going to list with Sue, just listen to her advice on pricing. You might think your house is one-in-a-million exception, but she has a far better grasp on the market than you do. You hire her for that knowledge and insight, so don't argue with her. Process expertise -- between her and Dawn, possibility the best duo you want on your side. Ask Sue sometime about "bulletproofing the transaction" -- the woman knows her stuff as it comes to what has to be done to get a deal done, what the steps are, and what creates demand. And Dawn may be the best "project manager" for a home sale you could find. She's totally on top of every single step. Responsiveness -- maybe it's because we're friends, but I doubt it. Keeping in mind that she is busy pretty much all the time, speaks nationally (internationally even) at huge major conferences, and so on, Sue is pretty much always available. And Dawn even more so. I recommend email and text messages, actually, rather than phone calls because they're usually running around doing something, but they get back to you in a hurry. Doing the sale from Texas, there were some parts of the transaction where communication could have gotten fouled up; they were on top of the issues and smoothed everything out. Negotiation skills -- since I wasn't on the phone listening to Sue negotiate, I have no way of judging this. But consider the result: I did not have to sell. We had great tenants in the place already. We would have been happy to just hold on to it as an investment property. But I got the price and terms I wanted, so I did. If results are an indication of negotiation skills, then you got nothing to worry about. The Extras -- Let's just say that Sue and Dawn went way, way, way above and beyond what you'd expect from a real estate agent. Two examples come to mind. First, we had moved away and the house was vacant, when we got hit with a NJ snowstorm. We didn't actually know who to call to arrange for the driveway and sidewalk to be shoveled so the house can be shown. Well, Sue got her husband (I believe) to actually take a shovel out to our house and have it shoveled. Not just once, but twice. Might have been three snowstorms, actually. Would your agent do that for you? Second, the cleaners we had hired did not do the greatest job in the kitchen; we got a call from Dawn that the oven was not cleaned as well as it should, and the appliances were not exactly sparkling. Well, Ms. Preziosi went down there herself, personally, with scrubbing brushes in hand, and spent an hour on a Saturday morning cleaning our frikkin' oven by hand so the house was ready to be shown. That's... well, you tell me if your agent would do THAT for you. So, like I said, if you're going to sell in Millburn, Short Hills, or any of her other markets... you should come up with a good reason why you wouldn't want to use Sue and her team. "I became a fan of Sue Adler when I first met her about 4 years ago in one of the many open houses I like to go into (I like to look at houses even if I am not in the market for one kind of a crazy hobby of mine). After I met Sue I knew that if I were ever in the market to either sell or buy she would undoubtedly be the person I would choose to work with. For four years, she has kept me updated about homes and I have visited many (if not all) of her open houses in the Millburn/Short Hills area. What has always impressed me about Sue is her ability to understand the market and really grasp the pros and cons of each individual property in order to market and price it effectively. In addition, Sue has a tremendous ability to understand her sellers? and buyers? likes and dislikes and she knows exactly what they are looking for. For example, she immediately got a sense of my taste and preferences and I have never, ever been shown a property by Sue that I didn't like. Sue has never hesitated to take time out of her hectic schedule to show me a property (even when she probably knew that we were not going to move at that time). Four years later we finally decided to sell our home of 8 years in South Orange. Naturally, we called Sue, she came in and worked her magic did I mention her amazing marketing skills and her amazing photographer and team. Sue knew how to price my house in order to generate interest. As soon as I gave her the go, she did everything needed to be done and pictures of my house went up in her amazing website. We had a broker's open house on a Thursday, the general open house on Sunday and by Tuesday the house was SOLD, and guess what -- in this market we had 10 offers and a bidding war. WE COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I think that without Sue's guidance and knowledge of the market, our house would probably still have a For Sale sign outside. Now, one more thing, equally important as Sue's incredible business skills is the fact that Sue is a pleasure to deal with. She was a tower of strength for us in an incredibly stressful situation. Our choice to move and sell the only home that we have known was not an easy one but having Sue meant that we not only had the best broker working for us but we had a supportive friend who was looking out for our best interests. So my advice to anyone out there looking to either sell or buy call Sue. I promise you will not regret it. , South Orange & Short Hills NJ
Where to begin? Sue Adler and her entire team of experts are truly amazing, knowledgeable and intuitive professionals who very easily become dear friends to you and your family. I first met Sue when we were exploring the area as we are out of state and she knew immediately where exactly to direct us and the tastes that fit our family. Buying our home with Sue and Dawn was very smooth and our time was treated with great respect. We only visited homes that reflected our tastes, needs and long term plans. Aside from identifying and facilitating the process, we quickly found that Dawn a unique resource for just about every vendor we needed to get our house ready to move-in. The fact that we did not have to "shop around" for attorneys, financial advisors, painters, etc., etc. made our life that much easier and allowed us to enjoy the process and quickly enjoy our new home. We cannot say enough about the professionalism, care, attentiveness, knowledge, expertise, network and sensible approach Sue and her team take with each of their clients. AMAZING - TOP NOTCH Service. Thank you!
We wish to express our tremendous gratitude to Sue Adler for her expertise, effort, and professionalism throughout the process of relocating our family. Sue helped us through both selling our old house and purchasing a wonderful new home in the midst of a tough real estate market. Sue was always patient, sensitive, and provided excellent advice as we had to make numerous difficult decisions during the buy and sell process. She worked tirelessly and was always there for us when we needed. Sue's assistance extended far beyond her responsibilities as a realtor as she referred us to an outstanding team of real estate attorneys, contractors, designers and a host of others who helped us forge ahead. We have already recommended Sue to several friends who have also been very pleased with her services and will continue to recommend her without reservation.
Not only did Sue help us find our dream house in Maplewood, but she helped us fall in love with our new town. She did everything a great realtor does (and even better!), but most importantly, she got to know us as real people and introduced us to properties and places that would be an ideal fit. We never had the sense Sue wanted to sell us a house; no, she wanted to help us find a fantastic home. There's no doubt we'd recommend Sue.
It has been a true pleasure working with Sue! We took our time looking for our dream house in Short Hills and Sue was incredibly patient with us. She was always available to see or discuss houses and always showed up with a smile. Sue understands that every home buyer is different and she spent considerable time with us to fully understand our needs and desires in home selection. She is a great listener and always puts her clients interests first and gives appropriate recommendations. She treats all of her clients with respect and gives them the attention they need (especially for those not familiar with particular neighborhoods). Further, her knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional. She supports her recommendations with facts, figures and information. She is a lovely person, but most importantly, she knows how to move the process along from start to finish. We fully endorse Sue as the top agent in the area and would recommend her to all inquirers.
Dear Mr Bunn, We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation, gratitude & admiration for Sue Adler. We were cast into a situation where the time was of the essence in our relocation. Having worked previously to no avail with two competitive firms, we were indeed fortunate to come upon the services of Sue. When we engaged her services, she took on our issue with a determination we believe in our experience is uparalleled in the industry. Ms. Adler became more than a sales consultant. She became totally vested in our needs. She selectively chose several properties descriptive of our particular needs. Working beyond exhaustion she was able to find for us, a home unparalleled in the several residences in which we have lived over the past several years. We in particular are indeed fortunate to share in the outstanding professionalism of this truly competent sales associate. Be assured that we have spoken relentlessly about Sue's ethics and competency. Again, my thanks for someone who made a difficult process rewarding and satisfying. Sincerely, Nick Navarino, Former Millburn Middle School Principal and Patricia Navarino, Director of Art Department Millburn High School
My wife and I recently decided to move out of Manhattan to purchase a house. Neither of us are from the NJ area and enlisted Sue Adler's help in showing us around the Summit/Millburn/Maplewood/Short Hills area, explaining the differences and what would best fit our lifestyles. This was an invaluable experience, and Sue did an excellent job in pointing out the uniqueness of each area. After multiple visits out to the area, Sue was able to find us the ideal house (a newly built home in Summit) and walked us through the process. Her honest, open, communication helped ease any problems/concerns we had and made the purchase as stress-free as possible. In addition, I was very impressed with how Sue was able to quickly, close the deal - in a detailed oriented fashion. Lastly, Sue's contacts in the business, and staff, were also first rate and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely go back to Sue when we look for our next place.
From our first meeting with Sue Adler, she made us feel as if we were her most important client. She was extraordinarily dedicated, helpful, and tireless. We are very grateful for all of her hard work, especially during our closing/inspection process. We truly enjoyed our experience and were sorry when the process was over - only because we enjoyed seeing her every week! We would not hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone.
Last summer I decided to satisfy my curiosity and check out the open house taking place right down the street from my house in Maplewood. My husband and I had been toying with the idea of moving but had not yet made up our minds. There was so much to consider, not the least of which was the slow real estate market. Who would have guessed my actions would set the stage for my own open house a month or so later! I met Sales Agent Tracy Freeman at the open house and after the house tour I confessed that I was really "just being nosey" and not really looking to purchase. She laughed and said that was OK, no charge for looking -- and that was the beginning of our strong professional relationship. I was pleased to learn she was part of Sue Adler's team at Keller Williams; my husband and I knew about Sue and her great reputation. Sue and Tracy visited my home and Sue explained the process, discussed pricing, and made some recommendations. Her most important advice was that we should engage professional house stagers to make our house more appealing to potential buyers. Although we didn't think it was really necessary (because our house was already so beautiful, right?), we went ahead and hired the stagers. That was so difficult for us! Why couldn't we keep the soft yellow and chartreuse walls in the living room and the mango walls in the dining room? We love color! And what's wrong with the rather cluttered but cozy rooms? Well, we listened to the stagers and the results were fantastic! Those stager ladies know their stuff! We had the Open House on a Sunday and by Tuesday had received 4 offers. We ultimately sold the house to the highest bidder -- for $35,000 more than the asking price. Thanks, Sue, for all your insight and savvy assistance. Another very important member of Sue Adler's team is Dawn Preziosi, her trusted assistant. Dawn kept track of what papers were due when, and knew how to get us from here to there. She was the "go to" person on all administrative matters. Thank you, Dawn -- you are terrific, and such a joy to work with! Tracy Freeman was the person who guided us through the buying process of our new home, calmed our fears, held our hands throughout the process, and made everything seem all right. Tracey, you earned every bit of our substantial trust in you and we can't thank you enough. What more can I say about Sue Adler and her competent team, other than: Ladies, you rock!
Q: "Looking for recommendations for a real estate agent for friends who want to move to the area from NYC. Thanks in advance." Responses posted: "I would strongly recommend that your friend give Sue Adler a call. She sold me my home 2 years ago, and has been with me every step of the way since. When I needed help fighting property tax issues, she pulled research for me. She helped me find a rental when I renovated my home, and then bent over backwards to help me get my deposit back when I was having problems. She introduced me to her other clients with things in common so that I had friends when I moved to town. She immediately takes or returns all my calls regardless of time of day or how busy she is. I've never met a harder working broker. Can't say enough good things." ~Nancy & Jim Wohlbruck, Short Hills "Sue Adler is an amazing woman. She brought a couple relocating to see our house in Millburn when we were selling. We signed the papers on Easter Sunday. She made the process easy and painless. She was thorough, and led us through all of the inspections and the closing arrangements. On top of being a terrific realtor, Sue has become a caring, thoughtful friend. She has continued to stay in touch with us even though our house sold over a year ago." ~Emily & Naim Bulbulia, Short Hills "I completely concur with these comments about Sue Adler. Sue helped us relocate from Houston last year and was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and tireless. Sue went above and beyond to ensure that our deal went through when things became more complicated than expected near the end. We recently referred her to friends looking to relocate from Brooklyn and they were delighted with Sue and impressed with the introduction she provided to this area. Your friends should give Sue a call." ~Denise Fogel Gibson & Matt Gibson, Short Hills "We worked with Sue Adler (w/Keller Williams) when we moved from NYC to Millburn, and she was absolutely wonderful. She gave us tours of S. Orange, Maplewood, and Millburn and worked with us to refine our search. She was fantastic throughout the whole process and, without her, we probably would not have closed on our house. She's very hands on! She has a lot of energy and truly a pleasure to work with." ~Orli Almog & Ben Levy, Millburn Sue's Millburn/Short Hills Newcomers club clients
We were referred to Sue by our friend and coworker, who was also relocated from Texas and bought his house through Sue. Our service was excellent all the way from finding our dream house to closing. Sue can read your mind in just two showings. She will get you what you are looking for... your dream house. Sue, I will refer your name whenever I find an opportunity. I really appreciate your efforts. We plan to call to have you and your family over for dinner once we settle down. Thanks for everything.
Sue is energetic, results oriented, honorable, ethical, deeply connected, resourceful, the voice of reason in a chaotic time, friendly, accessible, efficient, effective, and immensely helpful. I can't stress enough all the value that Sue has provided my family. She was pivotal in negotiations when there were multiple offers on the house we were purchasing as well as the house we were selling, was an amazing resource for excellent contractors, and made our deal happen when it was circling the drain more than once. I cannot imagine how any real estate agent could do more or provide more value than Sue has. If you need to buy or sell your home, Sue is the very best you can do and I would recommend her enthusiastically to whoever asks. She is a dynamo you absolutely want on your team!"
It is with great pleasure that we have had the opportunity to work with Sue Adler. Sue has taken the worry and anxiety out of our cross-country move. As you can imagine, moving your family from Texas to New Jersey can be a daunting task. Sue took the time early on to find out what was most important to us as a family. She knew the questions to ask and spent hours talking to us about different areas that might meet our needs and more importantly, different areas that we would feel "at home." She then spent countless hours with us on our many trips to New Jersey. When we finally found our "dream home," in Summit,Sue was nothing short of spectacular in her ability to advise us on how we could expect this process to work. You see, the Texas Real Estate market is nothing like the New Jersey Real Estate market. We aren't exactly used to multiple bid scenarios. Never fear, Sue coached us through this process with the grace of a true professional. Sue doesn't stop with the purchase of your home. She has continued to follow up with us on anything that we need including meeting contractors at our home, helping us with utilities and just about anything else we need. I only wish that every Real Estate professional was as honorable and knowledgable as Sue Adler!!
It gives us great pleasure to recommend Sue Adler. She was a tremendous help and resource in helping us with a rapid and sudden relocation from Los Angeles. The level of service and care that Sue and her team provided was second to none. I couldn't believe the attention to detail. Within 24 hours a series of houses that met our requirements were ready to look at. Sue was patient and caring and sensitive to the emotional strain of relocation. I returned to town 2 weeks later and Sue worked the weekend away to get the job done. She negotiated with our seller well into the night, working hard to cover every point. In the middle of it all, she managed to find time to run and buy a "Hostess gift" to take to dinner at our new Boss' home. During closing the support I received was phenomenal. Every detail was covered, and Sue & her team were right there every step of the way. I highly recommend Sue and her team to help you through the buying and selling process. We're convinced that no one can do it better The Kassars
"Sue and her team are a delight to work with and helped us navigate the usual unpleasant parts of the real estate transaction process with professionalism, resourcefulness, and a caring touch."
Sue Adler did a terific job in selling our house in Short Hills, New Jersey. After an introductory meeting, my wife and I decided that Sue was the perfect real estate agent to sell our house in a slow real estate market. Sue made several suggestions that we believe led to our receiving mulltiple contracts on our house after only five days on the market with all contracts submitted for more than our asking price.
"I have moved many times and sold homes in many states and you were by far the best seller advocate I ever had. Your advice helped us get an excellent sale contract. You thought of issues in negotiating sale price and protective clauses that I would never have considered on our own. I would be glad to recommend you. Moves are always difficult, but your confidence, cheerful and positive attitude, and most importantly skills in effective sales promotion and contract negotiations made this one quite easy for us."
Sue Adler is the #1 agent in our office and our region. She is ranked 5th out of 78,000+ Keller Williams agents internationally and is one the top agents in our local Multiple Listing System. Sue's tremendous success can be directly attributed to the type of person she is - ethical, professional and enthusiastic. She always seeks innovative ways to grow her business and provide outstanding service to her clients. Her optimism and "can do" attitude make her stand out from the crowd. Sue Adler is a true asset to our company and her clients.? Debra Meckbach - Managing Broker,Keller Williams
"Sue was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, dedicated and genuinely interested in helping us find our home in Basking Ridge. She tackled a difficult situation with tenacity which led to a timely resolution. I would highly recommend Sue Adler to handle any real estate need." Felice & Terrence Fullem
"Sue is the only agent you should consider in the Millburn/Short Hills/ Summit/ Maplewood area. I have referred several clients to Sue and the feedback has been excellent. Sue always puts the needs of her clients first and is a true expert in her field." Al Donohue, Partner- Marron & Gildea Real Estate
"WOW!!! What can I say? Thank you... Thank you... Thank you!!!! Starting with this most perfect house in the world which you guys miraculously seemed to will for us.... and then ending with the sale of my little home in less time than I thought possible! Both transactions were smooth... efficient.... and every glitch seemed to work out in my favor!!!! I am so grateful for all your patience and hard work. But probably the best part of dealing with you guys was knowing that everything was above board... I have had many dealings with the real estate "profession". In fact was even an agent for a time... Finding a team with the high morals and ethics that you have is RARE! I wouldn't work with anyone else and intend to recommend you to any and all persons even mentioning selling or buying. Thanks again... you guys are GREAT!!!!"
"Dear Sue, I wanted to send you a letter telling you how much I appreciate all the help you gave us. When the company transferred us here I knew nothing about the area, so your willingness to show us around and help us get "the lay of the land" was great. Your insights into the communities and the personalities of various neighborhoods was critical to our making a selection that worked for us. As a result, in addition to having bought a wonderful home, I also love the neighborhood. Thank you for taking the time to really listen to our family's needs. I guess the best way of summarizing is to say that you didn't just help us find a house, but by putting forth the effort to really understand our needs, you were able to find us a great community and a place I can truly call home."
It will not be possible for me to put words on paper to describe the thanks I owe you and your team for all the guidance and service you have provided to both John and me with regard to the multiple sale and purchase of homes this past year. I have mentioned to you several times that my parents are very envious of the fact that I found such a savvy realtor to sell our properties. They are in the process of moving to Arizona and have not been so fortunate to find a team as attentive as the one you have created! I think your selection of partners is one of the many secrets of your success. Another is your ability to hold a sense of humor during what most know to be a fairly stressful experience--you make me laugh--a nice touch when selling and buying homes under pressure. Yuck! Your commitment and professionalism towards your customers and colleagues is beyond evident. The courtesy and respect your group shows to other agents is also admirable. I could go on and on . . .
"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you & your team for all your hard work and effort in the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. I remember meeting you once at least seven or eight years prior to our move. I knew right away you would be our agent of choice when the opportunity arose. Our instincts were right on target.
"We were relocating from MA to NJ and used the internet to search for current housing availability. During this search I found AdlerBenjamin.com. The information on this site was invaluable to us, who knew nothing about the area. Sue and Robin were particularly knowledgable about the criteria we were using to determine which town and house to buy. I always felt that the team gave us honest, professional, and helpful opinions. Through our interactions, I found Sue and Robin to be intelligent and on top of current local real estate market activity in Chatham, Millburn, Short Hills & Summit. What really impressed us was that if they didn't know an answer to one of our many questions, they admitted it, researched the question, and promptly gave us the answer. They are keen at anticipating issues and rendering recommendations that were practical and economical. Thank you, Sue and Robin, for helping our move be a pleasant experience."
I initially used an agent at a large 'corporate' company to list our house & soon discovered this was a mistake as trust was quickly lost. Once I changed realtors to Sue Adler & her team, our trust was restored, the selling of our home was efficient, well organized and Sue made all of the process easy. I felt she was always available to answer our questions or calm our fears. Most important I felt they were looking out for our best interest every step of the way. If I ever had to buy or sell property again, there would be no doubt -- I would call Sue.
While buying a house for the first time can be a very stressful experience, Sue Adler and her team made it almost enjoyable. I have since recommended Sue to friends and family who have had the same positive experience. If I am ever back in the market, I will look no farther than Sue Adler & her team.?
"Dear Sue, Saul and I are finally settling into our amazing new home. I want to thank you and your team for all your help and hard work. I thought buying our first home would be overwhelming and take up a great deal of time. How pleased we were when the experience was just the opposite. Thanks to both of you the process was very easy and hassle free. You helped us learn all I needed to know about purchasing our first home, as well as about maintaining a home, which is something new for both Saul and me. You were always there to answer any question-no matter how big or small. Basically, what I am trying to say is THANK YOU!! I appreciate all your help and hard work. I hope you are both enjoying your summer."
"How can I thank you enough? You are a wonderful real estate "consultant| and anyone who is lucky enough to use you as their agent can be assured of a smooth transaction and a beautiful home for their family."
"Sue lives up to her glowing reputation as a professional and is someone who understands her clients needs. She was always available to us, honest with us, and very easy to confide in regarding our complicated dealings. Whether buying or selling, give Sue the challenge because she won't let you down!"
"I felt instantly comfortable with Sue. She wasn't pushy and she gained our trust. I appreciated her sincerity and her genuine caring attitude. Sue knows her business, market, etc. and always keeps her client's best interest in mind."
"Prior to retaining your services, I worked with several other agents, and saw several hundred homes without a glimmer of success. After only a few outings with us, you were able to understand exactly what I were looking for in a home. In fact, I think you eventually knew more what Donna or myself wanted than I did! You are truly a talented and gifted full service real estate agent; an extremely rare commodity in this industry. My wife and I constantly recommend your services to everyone."
When we began our search to buy our home, we started looking at many counties in NY and NJ and worked with as many realtors, but when I spoke with Zina from the Sue Adler group, her soft but very persuasive manner convinced me to let her direct our home buying process. She was ever patient with our long drawn search and helped us locate homes across many counties in the state. When we finally zeroed in on a home we liked, she help us research the location, kept a cool head and kept the process on track. She continued to nurture the relationship and not only gave us all the help and support required to close on the home but I could reach out to her for any help or information on local amenities that I was seeking. I would very highly recommend using her services to help buy your dream home.
Jennifer sold us our second home. We could not be more satisfied with her services. She went over and beyond and was so patient with us as we took our time with this purchase. I would recommend her to everyone and will definitely be using her again once we are ready to buy another property! Thank you, Jennifer, for your diligence and patience.
Above and beyond. It's that simple. Sue and her team are by far the most dedicated, professional, strategic, and friendly team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Having bought and sold 4 homes now, I can say with confidence that I wouldn't engage with any other broker. Sue's strategic mindset and marketing acumen, with Melissa's always-on approach to client service, and Chris' outstanding mastery of contracts, best practices & trends in the marketplace round-out this stellar team. Our house was listed on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday, we had an accepted offer! I can't stress enough how incredible this team is. Thank you all!!
Sue Adler’s team is a professional, efficient, focused group with dedicated staff, each of whom perform a specific function. They helped us sell our home in 3 weeks. As our broker, Sue ‘interviewed’ us, explained market factors at play and advised us on a listing price that would result in a quick sale. Chris was our project manager and was a single go-to person to execute on the preparation and sale. Sue introduced us to Leah, who staged our home so beautifully that we wondered if we should continue to live there. They also recommended reliable contractors who could address issues and repairs, both big and small. Our home went on the market just before an unexpected major snowstorm. A lot of other similar homes went on the market the next week. Sue guided us on aggressively changing our list price and we got 3 offers the next week and closed in 4 weeks. Through the entire process, Sue’s team were in constant communication using Slack and other technologies.
Sue and her team recently facilitated the sale of our home of 31 years. And I can't overemphasize enough the value of having a 'team' behind you. From photos to staging to inspection to closing, we felt we had true partners in Sue, Melissa, Chris and Peter. They dealt with us with true professionalism and each had a heartfelt understanding of the emotions and stress that go into selling a home. They get and deserve my highest recommendation.
On behalf of Clare and myself. We want to thank everyone for an excellent job in selling 80 Tall Oaks Drive!! Our expectations were greatly exceeded and Clare and I couldn’t be happier with everyone’s professionalism and courteousness. Thank you again for a job well done!!
Your Professionalism, Advice, Follow Up, the seamless Show Time App, and and and ... have been AMAZING and we cannot THANK YOU enough for Making It Happen for us.
Laurie and The Sue Adler Team is the right choice when selling a home! Having had another Realtor under contract for a full 6 months with limited 'work' or interactions I choose The Sue Adler Team because of their business model, i.e., a true team approach. It was great working with a team that had expertise in specific areas of real estate transactions. Far different than the 'single' Realtor approach that I have had my experience with over the years. Trust them! Everything won't necessarily go smoothly or to one's liking in buying or selling a home but trouble is mitigated when necessary by Laurie and The Sue Adler Team.

We highly recommend Sue and her team! When we met first Sue, she displayed the utmost professionalism. We selected her to sell our home because she was the first agent that we met that we felt confident would do the job right. She consistently demonstrated that she is committed to her clients. She constantly makes herself available and it is clear that she ENJOYS what she does. She keeps her clients in mind every step of the way and she made the sale of our home a seamless transaction. Her team successfully sold our home before it ever hit the market to a relocation buyer and organized all the details regarding closing, inspections, and other details effortlessly. She has a support team that is available and can help during each step of the process as well. It was a pleasure to work with Sue and we definitely recommend her to all potential clients, and are even still calling her for real estate advice in Nashville!
Sue has put together a great team and Melissa and Chris are a pleasure to deal with throughout this huge life-changing process.
We had a great experience working with Sue Adler and her entire team on the sale of our home in Short Hills. They are honest, forthright, hardworking, knowledgeable and always available to talk - almost any time of day! They definitely help take the stress out of selling a home. Sue and her team are so wonderful that you can't help but become friends through the process. We highly recommend the Sue Adler team!
From the moment my wife and I met Sue Adler, we felt confident that we would be in good hands with Sue and her team. We signed and they did not disappoint. Every step of the way, they were there to guide us. Whenever we had questions, and we had many, they responded quickly and made the entire process run as smoothly as one could expect. Let me emphasize that this was a team effort and we found everyone on that team to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Because it’s a team there are specialists. The specific attention to how to prepare the house before going on the market was invaluable. We knew where to spend our time and money so that there were no surprises at inspection time. I should also mention for those of you that are selling your house in the Glenwood Section of Short Hills, Sue Adler is an expert on this area. She has lived in the neighborhood for many years and has intimate knowledge of the housing stock. She has her finger on the pulse of the Glenwood market which becomes critical when you need to determine the selling price of your home and decide when to accept an offer and when it is best to turn one down. In short, we were very pleased with the end result.
We were very satisfied with Laurie and the Sue Adler team. They were very professional, thorough and responsive. Although, we are slightly disappointed with the ultimate sale price, I learned a long time ago that the market is efficient and will price assets, including houses, rationally. We would recommend Laurie and the team without hesitation.
With Amy, I found my dream home. She worked with me for almost a year and helped me transition to a rental and then with a purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and provided great advice on neighborhoods. She went above and beyond with help on inspectors, contractors, etc. She was professional and a real pro. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Amy.
Susie helped us buy a home we absolutely love. We didn't intend on working with a realtor to find a place for us, but when we found the perfect place Susie had listed, we worked with her. In retrospect, we would have loved to have worked with her from the start. Many others have spoke about her strong advocacy for her clients, and anything I'd have to add would be strongly positive as well. What sets her apart, I think, is two things: strong local knowledge as a fellow resident of Maplewood, membership on the SOMA Board of Education, and familiarity with the highest class of expert inspectors and contractors. These, I think, are unique qualifications and we truly came to appreciate them. She is incredibly responsive to any and all questions, day or night. As first time homebuyers and transplants from Brooklyn, we really appreciated her local insights. We enjoyed working with her so much, she was the first and only choice for a buyer's broker when we needed to find a place nearby for my parents-in-law near the home we chose for ourselves. My wife described her as a godsend and couldn't imagine a better broker to guide her through the process of finding a more affordable home in a town we had only a tenuous understanding of. As is probably the case with homebuyers, we had our share of nervousness and apprehensiveness, but we knew we could rely on Susie to advocate for us. The market here is highly competitive and moves quickly, but Susie managed our expectations expertly and got us everything we wanted. I will forever remember the call from Susie notifying us the sellers accepted our offer. She was every bit as happy as we were.
Sue and her team were focused on every aspect of our record breaking sale in Maplewood, NJ. We were in the midst of an international move and after 14 years in our amazing house needed a team that could help with everything - We knew we wanted a very focused and professional marketing approach - the 'launch', photos, brochure, social media and approach to appointments and open houses was important to us. We also needed a lot of help on all the details - purging and clearing, administration, staging etc. Sue's team handled everything. Ultimately, after living in an amazing house which we renovated from top to bottom, and raised our large family and 2 dogs, in a neighborhood and community we loved, we were delighted that we had multiple offers and a record breaking sale. It was traumatic to make such a big move, but the support and guidance we got from the team helped us every step of the way.
The Sue Adler Team was wonderful to work with. We had a few changes along the way and together we were able to be adaptable and flexible and arrange a sale to a buyer who loved the home as much as we had. The transaction specialists were helpful, amazing, honest, hard working and simply seamless which made the closing easy.
Amy is very conscientious and her knowledge of the market place is outstanding. She provides a high level of customer service. Amy was on vacation at one point and still remained in contact from Europe.
"Dear Sue and team, We can't thank you enough for all you have done in helping us sell our home in such a short period of time and with multiple offers. A real estate transaction can sometimes feel like a never ending roller coaster ride, but thanks to you and your great team members, ours was smooth sailing. From the beginning to the end--you, Peter, Melissa, and Chris, handled everything that came across in an optimistic, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner. You were there for us every step of the way, making this transaction an effortless one for us as the sellers. Thanks again for all your great support in making this experience as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be recommending you and your team to anyone who is looking to buy/sell!"
Sue and her team were terrific. Very professional and very in tune w today's marketing requirements to get my house sold. She would be my number one recommendation for anyone buying or selling a home in this market.
From the moment we decided to go with Sue Adler to sell our house, she and her team were there every step of the way providing support for every aspect of the process – from preparing the house for market to closing. Sue’s knowledge of the market, and her team’s expertise, made the selling of our home and the buying of our new home go way more smoothly than we ever could have imagined. We wholeheartedly recommend Sue Adler and her team. In fact, we already have.
You certainly have your choice of realtors when selling/buying a house. However, when navigating such a stressful process, a knowledgeable, professional team such as Sue's is essential. Sue's expertise and bubbly personality, along with the professionalism of the team ensured a smooth sale. Melissa, one of the team members was especially supportive, responsive, and also helped to make the process manageable. We would definitely recommend Sue and her team.
Working with Laurie and her team were absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable very responsive, communicated all the time and kept me posted on all actions that I needed to do, as well as what was happening with our sale of our home. I would highly recommend using Laurie and her team and will do so again. You won't be disappointed!!!
Susie has an extremely calming warm demeanor, which is invaluable when navigating a process as stressful as buying and or selling a home and moving. Invariably there are things that happen that make the process even more stressful than you expect, and having someone like Susie to work with makes all the difference.
Laurie worked with us to sell our house and did an incredible job. From start to closing she was professional, responsive to our needs, our questions and our concerns. She was positive, honest, caring, and always so easy and pleasant to work with. Laurie shared the same vision that we had in marketing plans for listing our home and she helped us implement them, giving us recommendations and putting us in touch with resources and contractors who were also excellent. She also has a great understanding of the local market. Laurie works with an absolutely amazing team – Chris, Melissa and Rick. Laurie and Chris bring their experience, and a keen sense of how to keep the deal together and bring it to settlement successfully, to the process. Laurie and her team are a dream to work with and I highly recommend working with them to sell (or buy) your home!
Amy Gotsch is an amazing agent and a genuine pleasure to work with. We did not know the area well, but Amy gave us full tours of several neighborhoods and very practical advice tailored to our needs. When buying our house, it was clear that she was our advocate and had our best interests at heart. Even now, after we've bought our house, Amy continues to be a great listener, full of excellent advice and local contacts, and is super responsive, day or night. In short, Amy took a lot of stress out of the home buying process and we would certainly highly recommend her.
Laurie is a terrific Real Estate professional. Her association with The Sue Adler group only heightens her abilities. We were very pleased with her market analysis, the selling approach and her confident manner. Beyond that, the back office people are very strong. Melissa was excellent in her execution and coordination. Chris Arcadia, is a hidden gem. He brings a lot of resources to the post sale process and has a significant number of responsive contacts. We interviewed a number of agents, but picked Laurie from the Sue Adler team, because of their professional approach and breadth of resources. They exceeded our expectations!!!
Her team is a level above anything we ever experienced. Just not in the same league in terms of process, professionalism and manpower - For every piece of the process we got a pro that is focused on that piece alone in addition to Laurie which was there for us the whole way through. Her potential client reach and resources can't be matched (we tried with other agents before) and resulted in a quick sale for us without the need to ever reduce price or having to be on the market for long time. After working with Laurie and her team we realized how much a head of the game you are when you work with the right person. I highly recommend working with her and the team there and encourage anybody to do their homework so they can realize the huge advantage in doing so.
Sue and her team sold our home in the Glenwood Section of Short Hills in record time for a record price that exceeded our expectations. They have the sale process down to a science with specialists handling various sections of the listing, negotiation, punchlist and closing processes. Sue gave advice on preparing the house for sale and how to improve the value, which all turned out to be exactly spot on. You can't pick a better team to list your home!
When Sue Adler says that hers is a "team" effort, that's the real truth, and one of the major strengths of selecting her as your agent. Her husband, Peter Jacoby, took what are by far the best photographs of our former home, a rather unique Mid-Century Modern ranch in Mendham, NJ. It's an unusual 10,000+ square foot space, and Peter captured the expansive Great Room and its architectural details, the oversize Master Bedroom, and all the other rooms and 7 acres of grounds with a skill and creativity that brought in more interested visitors that any previous realtor. They were also open to using our own photographs of the house in different seasons and times of day which, especially for the outside pool, offered a more comprehensive look at the property. Then, with a sale pending, Dawn Preziosi - handling closing logistics - was always responsive, returning calls within hours if not answering immediately, and offering advice to address all the many items that need addressing when a home has wells, a septic system and the Twp has lots of permitting and CO requirements. On all that, Dawn was excellent, and Kaitlin in Sue's main office kept things moving forward. Sue herself suggested staging our basement, which we'd been using as a home office, and making it feel more livable. That also worked, but - of course - her professional advice as to setting the right price at the right time of year was critical. Lastly we feel her team's special expertise at servicing the "MidTown Direct" communities of Short Hills, Summit, etc., brought in a larger and broader set of potential Buyers than any previous realtor. For all those reasons, we're happy to recommend the Adler Team, and hope your experiences are as happy and successful as ours.
I'll start with WOW...from the moment that I met Sue, I was so impressed with her local area knowledge and business savvy. I respected and admired her approach to selling a home. Lets get the price right and the customers will come...even potentially a bidding war. And she was right...at the right price I received multiple offers within 4 days of the listing. All were either above listing or at listing. What made the experience with the Sue Adler Team was her team. Between Sue, Melissa ( Listing Success Manager) and Neil (Transaction Manager), I felt completely at ease and they were there when I needed. Because of my situation, I relied heavily on Sue's team, and they delivered. Thanks for all the hard work, I couldn't do it without ALL of you.
Professionally, the Sue Adler Team can't be topped. Sue personally evaluated my home, which was which I had added a mission-style addition that increased the floor space by nearly 50% and made the home unlike anything usually found in Glenwood. Sue genuinely appreciated the love and care put into the upgraded design, and priced the home accordingly. Then Sue's listing success manager(Melissa) put me in touch with contractors to finish projects and perfect the home, and high school/college kids to help de-clutter. Then, she actually, physically, helped me move stuff” into the garage in preparation for the photo shoot. The photographer took great photos of both inside and outside, capturing many of the more subtle upgrades, for the brochure. We hit the market Thursday, and by Monday we had three offers over asking price! Then, Sue's post-closing “Transactional” team took over. Dawn advised on and helped negotiate and resolve the home inspection issues, made sure all the Addition's permits were closed out (who knew?), set up all the inspections needed, picked up the permits, took care of access to the house for the town inspections so I could stay at work and even picked up and installed the kitchen fire extinguisher required by code (again, who knew?). The amount we received over the asking price was enough to pay the entire Realtors' fee! On a personal level, the entire Sue Adler team was sensitive to the fact that I was going through a divorce, tackling this project, both enormous in size and in emotional difficulty, by myself. They were sympathetic, supportive, motivating, helpful, all at the right time. I was never alone in this project.
Sue and her team are simply outstanding. Sue knows the Millburn/Short Hills market well, and knows how to structure a sale process and transaction for the benefit of the both the seller and the buyer. From initial consultation on the listing through the close of a deal, she is focused, professional and efficient. Most importantly, there are no gaps in execution or coverage at all - members of her team specialize in bringing your house to listing phase, with fantastic copy and stunning photos, then through a flawless open house process. Then the magic goes even further when Sue helps guide the contract process - from discussing terms to accepting the right offer. ( Did I mention she brought us several offers after the first weekend? ) Her amazing transaction execution team led by Dawn steps in and guides the owner through any and all issues during the inspection and contract process. Not only does Sue get your deal done quickly and efficiently, and at the right price, she also does it without you ever doubting for a minute the team's ability to bring it to an effective close. Every once in a long while you meet someone that just astounds you with how good they are at what they do. Sue is that person, and the fantastic team she has assembled just makes that effect exponentially greater.
I had expressed interest in a few Maplewood NJ houses online before being contacted by Lee Smith, Buyer Specialist of The Sue Adler Team - in one quick phone call he was able to gain a quick appreciation for my situation and was immediately able to start sending through relevant properties. As a first time buyer and not being from the US, Lee explained the entire process in detail and drove me around the Maplewood neighborhoods providing a quick and enjoyable history lesson. I found his honesty about the properties, prices and market conditions refreshing and took his advise on everything from making an offer that was realistic (not too low, but not too high either!), attorney, surveyors and mortgage firm. I was lucky enough to have an offer accepted on a house I saw on the first day and Lee and his team guided me through the whole process which otherwise would have been daunting and may not have resulted in me finding what I hope will be my home for years. I would highly recommend Lee and the Sue Adler Team and have already done so with some colleagues and friends already!
I recently used Sue Adler team to market my newly renovated house. I would like to share two things with people who wonder why I decided to use her team and how my experiences with the team were. To be honest, it is hard to choose from among many real estate agents in Short Hills since most of them are super good. What I did was that I invited three groups of agents and presented to me how they would market my house. I finally picked The Sue Adler Team because I think their proposed price strategy is reasonable and well thought out; their marketing records in the past year are excellent; and their proposed marketing strategy was very promising. I really think I made the right decision. Now let me share my experiences in working with them. The house was sold after the first open house - impressive, right? That came from a few months of hard upfront work - Sue made many suggestions about how to build the house to the best quality and usability during the last stage of construction, Sue's team member, Melissa, followed all way through to communicate with my builder (she acted as if she were MY manager!); and after the signing of the sale agreement, Sue has a dedicated transaction manager who helped to manage transaction day and nights. I did not know Sue before this house. I chose her team based purely on business consideration and I highly recommend using Sue and her team.
The Sue Adler team is the best in the Real Estate “game”. I had an Amazing experience working with Sue to sell my home in Northside Summit. I met Sue back in 2013 when I first thought about putting my house on the Market. I was so impressed at our first consultation that I knew I just HAD to work with Sue. I decided to wait a bit before putting my house up for sale. Sue completely respected my hesitancy and did not put any pressure on me. When I knew I finally was ready to move, I immediately contacted Sue. She was over the next day with a complete file of comps. At our meeting, Sue explained the home selling process, how she and her team of experts would work with me each step of the way in selling my home. We set a sale price and I signed on to have her list my home. Sue is not only professional and efficient but she is nice and understands that the selling process can be a very stressful situation for the seller. Sue knows her market, knows how to structure a sale process and transaction that benefits the seller and the buyer. From our first consultation all the way to closing the deal she was totally focused on my needs. There were absolutely no communication gaps in coverage and execution of selling my home. Each member of her team has a specialty in bringing a home to the listing phase: the photography and copy writing were fantastic, the open houses were perfectly managed. When it came to the contract phase Sue guided me through every step from explaining the terms, negotiating on my behalf to accepting the right offer. Sue has a fantastic “transaction team” that jumps in and gets the owner through any and all issues from the inspection to the signing of the contract. Sue’s attitude of “let’s get it done” is 100% what she delivers. Sue Adler and her team are truly “'yours to count on'”. Thank you Sue, Melissa, Peter, Dawn and Neil for getting me through to the finish line without me once having to break a sweat.
We listed our house in the Poet Section of Short Hills with Sue Adler and she sold it the first weekend. Sue has a team of experts for photography, floor plan, brochure writing, online marketing, and inspection negotiations, who are all amazing. Dawn is the inspection negotiation expert and was our lifeline during this process. She is extremely knowledgeable and manages everything from negotiating, recommending contractors and scheduling town inspections. This is a critical stage during the house selling process and you want someone like her by your side. I would highly recommend Sue and her team- they are well respected, highly knowledgeable, and have the experience you need when you are selling a home.
The Sue Adler team helped us both to sell our existing home and to purchase a new one. Peter Jacoby, the team member who helped us find and purchase a home, possessed a great knowledge of the local (Short Hills and Summit, in our case) housing market and always made sure we viewed potential listings as soon as they came on the market. Once we found the house we wanted, he navigated us through a competitive, multiple-bid offer process and advised us skillfully regarding the offer and subsequent negotiations. He has a wonderfully affable manner and we really enjoyed working with him. Also, if we needed any special expertise or intervention to negotiate a sticky point, we knew we could always also call upon Sue to be a strong advocate and get the situation resolved. Sue Adler was the agent who handled the sale of our home. She gave us helpful advice on staging. Peter also does the listing photography for the team. Anyone, who has viewed the team's listing photos online, can attest to what a gifted photographer he is and how his photos truly show each home at its best. Sue has an amazing grasp of the local market and her sharp strategic thinking regarding pricing and the timing of the listing led to us receiving multiple offers during our first weekend on the market. Once we entered the inspection/closing phase of the sell, Dawn, a member of the team who specializes in the inspection/closing process, became an invaluable resource for us. She has great expertise regarding inspection related issues and was able to help us find trustworthy service providers to address various repairs. Right up until the closing, Dawn was always available to answer any questions we had as well as communicate any questions or concerns to our buyers' realtor. The team approach proved amazingly effective for us. Whatever part of the buying or selling process, a team member, who possessed expertise in that area, reached out to us and made sure that everything went smoothly (and intervened competently when it didn't). I would enthusiastically recommend the Sue Adler team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in Essex/Union/Morris Counties. This team has an exceptional level of excellence in all facets of the buying/selling transactions and, just as importantly, they are all warm, responsive people.
Working with Sue Adler and her team was an incredible experience! We met with Sue and were very impressed with her expertise of the market. She outlined a strategy for selling our Chatham house by setting an attractive asking price to enhance the level of interest and attract offers. The strategy was right on, and the house was shown and sold within 2 weeks of our meeting, and while we were on a 2-week vacation in Europe. We had 37 showings in a 4-day period and received 11 offers, all above our asking price. Sue's team approach is extremely effective. We worked with a team of specialists, where each member of the team handles a different phase of the process and is expert at that phase. The team communicates with each other and with us so it is an extremely well run process. Sue is the listing agent, and plans the pricing strategy and shows the house. Melissa is the project manager through the sale and coordinates the sale/contract process. They recommended Leah, a staging specialist, who did a great job with some simple changes to allow potential buyers to see the space and the best utilization of the rooms. We met with a copywriter and photographer, who developed a brochure on our house. We stayed in touch with Sue and Melissa while in Europe, and were able to select the best offer (which we were very pleased with and complete the contract process by phone and online documents. Then Dawn took over to work with us and prepare for the home inspection and closing process. She was excellent, and we had all bases covered. Again, great communication and always accessible. Together, we were able to handle all issues and close on schedule, 5 weeks after the contract was signed. This was an exceptional experience, beginning with the pricing strategy which was right on point, and continuing through the offer/sale, contract, and closing phases. We would strongly recommend Sue and her team to any seller, and in fact have recommended her already to other potential sellers. Excellent job everyone! Thank you
Sue's team was exceptional from start to finish. At each step along the way, we had an expert to move the process along in a professional and timely manner. Sue's team communicates well with each other and offers the utmost in customer service. Sue was always available to us whenever we had a question or concern. We would highly recommend the Sue Adler team.
Sue, We thank you for your excellent service and results in selling our home! You exceeded our highest expectations by a very wide margin. The selling process required much more than we could have expected. However, your teamwork made the difference, and we are extremely pleased with the results. We feel that the Sanders will be quite happy with their purchase and will enjoy the Glenwood neighborhood. We want each of you to enjoy three of our favorite wines which we are delivering to your Short Hills office: Thank you again.
Four years ago, I started throwing an annual client party for two reasons. The first is obvious - to show my clients appreciation for being so amazing to me. After the first party I realized how many friendships were formed from my party because so many of our team's buyers are new to Short Hills, Maplewood, Livingston, Summit, Chatham, etc.. So in many ways, I feel like its become more of a Newcomers Club party, where we have new relocation buyers coming each year, as well as our yearly regulars, who have made friends with each other. Its always alot of fun. Needless to say, when I saw the client inverviews in the video, it made me smile. I'm really proud of my team. Other agents always are trying to figure out our success but the truth of the matter is - at the end of the day, aside from the skill it takes to do what we do, if you work from your heart and are truly an advocate for your client, and care, that's what matters most and what the clients remember in the end.
Your team approach to Real Estate is genius! We knew going in our realtor Laurie is a dedicated, conscientious person and we soon found she is in like company at the Sue Adler team. We appreciate so much the efforts of all of you but in particular those of Laurie and Vicky! These women were always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The ability to have Vicki and Laurie both show us houses greatly maximized the number of visits we could see on our time schedule, which was so appreciated.
Simply put, Sue is as good as it gets. She specializes in sell side transactions and did EXACTLY what she said she would in selling our home. Not only did she have a command of the quantitative market dynamics but she also understands the "art" in deal making. We trusted her judgment from start to finish and were very pleased with the outcome. She is smart, trustworthy and hard working. I have nothing but the highest praise for Sue and would recommend her without question.
We highly, highly recommend Sue Adler and her amazing team for any house sale or purchase! From start to finish on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream house, Sue was attentive and completly dedicated to our needs and our family. Not only does Sue truly have a great handle on pricing v value, customer likes v dislikes, but she and her team are available 24/7 and are staunch advocate's of their client's position, which is exactly what we required on the purchase leg of our two transactions. We needed to sell our house very quickly in a relatively slow period in the 2013 housing cycle in order to purchase a house we had long sought. Sue's strategy was to price the house aggressively to sell, in the hope we received many bids. Strategy worked out perfectly and she sold the house for much more than the asking price in only 4 days! The second transaction, namely our house purchase was hugely complicated - the house is very old (consequently it has many issues) and the sellers realtor was not altogether transparent. Dawn Preziosi has an excellent eye and identified many problems with the house which would have gone un-noticed. Dawn was extremely thorough in making sure all work that needed to get done by the seller in a tight time frame, was performed satisfactorily. Without the tireless efforts of Dawn and Sue, we are truly confident that we would still be looking for a home to live in today. Their support has been like no other and we are so grateful to them for all that they did for us. This team is amazing and not only are they the best at what they do, they genuinely care for their clients and their families.
Where do I begin with this one:) Sue Adler and Peter Jacoby are two of the most amazing people we have met in our life. Their professionalism is unparalleled to anything we have seen so far, and we have been lucky enough to live in different countries. Their knowledge of the market is unbelievable. When we started our search and described to Sue what we were looking for, she told us how much we needed to spend, and she was right on the money. When we almost closed on a house, but there were some issues with it, Peter was the first one to tell us that we needed to cancel that deal, even before our attorney told us the same. Sue, Peter, Dawn and Kaitlin have forged an amazing team, and no wonder they are the best the USA realtor market has to offer. I would highly recommend them to all my friends, I actually already have, and if you are looking to get your dream home, look no further but give them a call. Even after you close on your house, they will still be there for you, and help you with any questions or issues you might have. They even threw a "welcome to the neighborhood" party for us, something that we will never forget. Call the Sue Adler Team if you’re looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you
Dear Sue, We would like to thank you and your team for all your hard work with the house closing. We are so happy that we found your contact a year ago when we were looking for our first house in Millburn NJ. We did find our dream home in Millburn, and we welcomed home our daughter from the hospital in this house, however from circumstances of job relocation we had to leave, but at the end of the day because of all of you we were able to sell the house with no glitches and stress, you all made it happen! We would like to especially give a special thanks to Dawn and Kaitlin, for taking care of the inspection, close and all the house details on behalf of us. We will definitely tell our family and friends to contact the Sue Adler Team if they want to buy or sell a house. Good Luck to All.

BEFORE and AFTER
Sue Adler and her team are true real estate professionals. I was impressed with their use of the latest technology to keep my beautiful custom home in Chatham in the spotlight until it was sold. Sue is one of the top producers at Keller Williams in the entire country and now I know why.
My husband and I were living in Manhattan with our two young sons when we realized that our growing family needed to? take the plunge? into the suburbs. At the time, I knew the Short Hills/Summit area by reputation through associates at work, but I wasn't familiar enough with the neighborhoods and streets to make an informed decision on a specific house. I also knew that we were looking at some of the nicer homes in the area and that our specific needs might be challenging for any realtor to fill. My own lack of familiarity with the area gave me some cause from concern, because I didn't want to be steered in the wrong direction by an over-zealous realtor who was anxious to make a sale. Luckily, I found Sue Adler to help me with what has turned out to be the biggest and most important move of my life. It became apparent to me early in our relationship that Sue believes that open and honest communication between a realtor and client will result in the best outcome for all parties involved. Sue was always straight and forthcoming with me. She treated my wishes with respect, she worked very, very hard, and she was consistently upbeat and a pleasure to talk to through the entire process. Also, I was very impressed with Sue’s ability to close a deal. Once I knew which house I wanted to buy, Sue worked quickly and impeccably to get the deal done. In a competitive marketplace, her years of experience and sharp instincts played an important role in our ability to buy the home that we are now living in and enjoying immensely. With Sue Adler’s help, we truly feel that we have made the best possible decision for our family.
Coming into the New York area real estate market from Chicago, we were completely clueless. We didn't know where we wanted to live and were overwhelmed by the sheer number of possibilities. After looking around for months and becoming very frustrated, we finally found Sue Adler on the web. Sue took the time to talk to us and figure out what we wanted in a house and in a community. She helped us work through our priorities and target specific towns and neighborhoods that suited our needs. We love our house in Maplewood! It is a short walk to the village and train station. Our house and its location really fits our lifestyle. We really appreciate that Sue was able to help us find the right place for us. Sue is a fabulous negotiater & was truly our advocate! From presenting our offer to handling inspection issues, she was involved and we always felt she was on our side. She was clear and honest with us and was very effective in representing our needs to the seller's agent. For any real estate needs we have in the future, we would immediately call Sue. She's a great real estate agent.
Life's journey faces us with many challenges like selling or buying a home. With such a personal and sometimes traumatic event as this, you surely want to be certain of making the right choice in your partner/real estate agent. Well we did just that about a year ago when both my husband and I decided to sell our 4 year old home in the heart of Short Hills NJ. It was not the first time we were doing this so we knew how important our decision was in choosing the right realtor. Not only was Sue Adler the right real estate agent, she became our trusted friend giving of her very best from start to finish. Sue's professionalism was astounding as is her fabulous website. You can feel very comfortable and proud should you choose to make Sue Adler your realtor. You will have the privilege of experiencing a true expert.
We recommend Sue Adler and her team without reservation to anyone buying or selling a home in Short Hills. Sue was everything we were looking for in a real estate agent! Her knowledge of the town and specific neighborhoods in which we were looking, her ability to work well with other agents, her advice on valuations and negotiations, and her overall kindness and warm nature make her simply the best in her field. She is a database of listings and properties, she is very responsive and always reachable. She is extremely trustworthy, wonderful to work with and yet she can be tough when negotiations call for it. Were it not for the fact that we are thrilled with our new home and expect to stay for some time, we would look forward to working with Sue Adler again and happily recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch agent.
Sue helped me sell my Livingston home in a truly poor market. Her creativity and willingness to find options and alternatives and really market the house was amazing. You can't beat her internet marketing savvy which keeps buyers as well as sellers tuned in to where the market is. I highly recommend using Sue for selling your house.
Thanks to Sue and Peter I was able to buy my home even with 13 other offers. Her expertise as a listing and buyer agent helped me win the house! She is a very honest agent and her with her amazing reputation in the area made me feel very confident she was the realtor to work with! Thank you again for everything!!!
My wife and I worked with Sue Adler to find a home in the New Jersey suburbs after living in Manhattan for many years. Sue and her team made the process much easier than it could have been! She was a wealth of information when it came to helping us narrow down the towns that we wanted to focus on. Once we started focusing on certain towns, she went out of her way to understand exactly what we were looking for. That allowed her to really help us focus on homes that she thought that we would like, and in neighborhoods that would work with with two small children. That greatly streamlined the process, as she did a great job of filtering out homes that would just be a waste of our time. Sue also had great insights to share about the relative quality and pricing on the homes that we saw. We really valued her input and opinions. When it came time to put in an offer and then eventually close on a contract, the Sue Adler team really shined. Team is the key word, as there were a number of people involved in helping us out in a completely seamless manner, and they were all great. Sue's transaction coordinator, Dawn, was a life-saver throughout the closing process. Just so incredibly helpful and responsive. As I look back on the home buying process, it seems seems surprisingly easy in hindsight, and I have no doubt that Sue and her team are largely responsible for that.
Dear Sue, Thank you for making our dreams come true!! Our new house in Livingston is amazing and awesome just like you! We are so grateful to have met you and have you in our lives. Here I was 9 months pregnant, alone in Maryland with my 2 toddlers while Andrew was in NY all week, and you managed to keep me calm and actually make the experience enjoyable. You are a true professional with a huge heart- a rare combination. Mazel tov on Abby's Bat Mitzvah. Here's a little something (masssage maybe?) to help you recover from a chaotic last month. With big hugs and love,
Dear Sue, Thank you so much for all of your help during our move. Everything worked out as predicted with the sale of our house in Millburn and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. How did you get so much interest during a holiday season? We'll never know but you are a marketing genius. As for the purchase of our new home in South Orange, thanks for your hard work and guidance. Without you, the deal would have fallen through but everything came together in the end. It is refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and adds significant value to the relationship. You performed above and beyond our expectations. Thank you again, Sue!
"It is easy to write an endorsement letter for Sue Adler. We were very satisfied clients with Sue as a our realtor on many levels. First and on the most significant level, the successful marketing and sale of our house in a timely manner,(after having been unsuccessful with our former realtor). It is a very confusing and difficult housing market especially for the seller today. Sue immediately showed leadership and guidance by walking through our house with us and making constructive comments about how to "depersonalize" our home, making it more appealing to a wider range of buyers. She not only made suggestions but assisted us by contacting an experienced crew of craftsmen and stagers that created a new and beautiful look for our house.
"I first contacted Sue because she was the realtor of a home that I was interested in. She was always very prompt in getting back to me and was ALWAYS available and responsive to my inquiries. We found Sue to be very professional and she has a fabulous team. She knows her business and her pride in it shows. She constantly is striving to improve her services to meet the client's needs, and she is well connected with a great list of resources. Sue, Thank you. We are on our way to remodeling the house. Your recommendation of Ben Horton as an architect was great. He is wonderful. Thank you also to Candace and Diana, who held our hands every step of the way. Working with you and your team has made our move back to the states a very pleasurable experience."
From the very first meeting, we were impressed with Sue Adler's professionalism. She was very familiar with the Short Hills real estate market, but perhaps even more important, she understood how critical marketing is to the quick and profitable sale of a house. She had a definite, specific plan for how she was going to get the maximum exposure for our house, in contrast to other agents we spoke to who seemed to assume that a house in Short Hills would simply sell itself. She understood the power of the internet in the modern real estate market, and we certainly benefitted from her aggressive use of email and the internet in getting the word out to buyers and other agents. Sue also suggested some updates and improvements, including using a staging service, which turned our plain vanilla house into a "wow" house. A question that my husband and I really struggled with was what the list price of our house should be, but Sue came through on that as well. After reviewing with us her take on the market at the time, she had all the other agents in her office come through and give us their independent opinions. Because we had lots of information, we really trusted her when she advised us about the list price. Her approach worked beautifully, and by the Monday after our first and only Open House, we had five offers on the table. Sue has worked tirelessly for us throughout the process, making sure we always knew what was going on and negotiating on our behalf with vigor. We recommend her services without hesitation.
"I hired Sue Adler to sell our house after we failed to sell it ourselves (for sale by owner). She and her team gave us tremendous support, helping us stage it, price it perfectly (we had a bidding war and the price went over asking), deal with the many issues during attorney review and the negotiation process, and finally, facilitating a smooth and on-time closing. We hired her again when we bought our next house. Again her team came through with flying colors. I knew that whatever happened, she had our best interests at heart. I recommend Sue with no reservations!"
"We found Sue Adler on the internet and were very happy with the excellent quality of service we received. Once Sue found us the house we wanted to purchase, she didn't leave the Seller's house until she closed the deal, then she stuck with us through the end. We will not hesitate to recommend her to friends & family." A year later..." We continue to sing your praises all over town! Just last week someone was asking me how I settled so fast and I explained to then the whole process with you from your website and email followup to the contract. They were impressed to say the least!"
To anyone thinking of buying or selling in Summit or Short Hills New Jersey: When my husband and I decided it was best for our family to relocate from Texas to New Jersey, we had no idea what to expect and more importantly we did not know who to trust. I had grown up in my current town and had never moved farther than 40 miles, so to me the thought was terrifying. Not only were we dealing with a huge change for our family, we had to make decisions long distance and gather knowledge the same way. Fortunately, we were introduced to Sue Adler of Keller Williams by our friends who she also helped relocate. Sue and her team helped alleviate our anxieties by guiding us every step of the way. Immediately we felt a connection with Sue, but we both feel like it was her tenacity, market knowledge, persistence and love for what she does that sets her apart from her competitors. We were most impressed with her honesty and vision during the home selection process and her ability to quickly assess our needs and likes. We whole heartedly recommend Sue Adler of Keller Williams to relocaters, buyers and sellers. To us she met the challenge and surpassed it. Most importantly, we found that someone who we could trust during such an emotional time.
"The quality of service we received from Sue was very good. I would tell a potential client who was thinking of selling their home that Sue is smart, internet savvy and very thorough. Sue, I continue to tell everyone that we were very pleased with your services."
"We wanted to take the time to thank you for representing us in the purchase of 43 Hawthorne Place in Summit. The service we received from you was extraordinary from beginning to end and we have been very pleased at every step of the transaction. Purchasing a home can be a complicated task and stories abound of shady characters, unprofessional behavior and individuals interested only in getting paid within the real estate industry. We were delighted to find someone as honest and motivated as you in searching for a house and even more delighted to know that you are a true advocate for your customer's best interests every stage of the transaction. We will recommend you to friends and acquaintances without hesitation and are happy to wish you continued success. Summit as well as the other towns you work in are small communities and we're sure that word of our experiences will travel rapidly. Thanks again!"
I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your amazing team for a very rewarding and fruitful experience. We are extremely excited about our new home In South Orange and couldn't have done it without you. Your professionalism and attention to details made everything go smoothly, especially since we were conducting most of our business from California. Please feel free to use us as a referral as we have nothing but high praise to pass along.
"Sue, WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME, its fantastic! Thanks for making it so easy. Sue, you were superb to work with! You are a terrific Real estate agent, one of the very very best & we are happy to refer our friends to you!!"
During the process of helping us find a new home, you demonstrated a rare balance of patience, persistence, and good judgement. Along the way, you offered valuable insights about neighborhoods and individual houses, freely offering your own helpful perspectives without ever losing sight of the fact that we would be the ones living with the ultimate decision.
"We first learned about Sue Adler through Miriam Pester, a longtime resident of Short Hills, & we trusted the reference of a friend. Sue really puts 100% of herself into her job & has continued to stick by us offering help and support through our transition." A year later... Sue, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much for all of your help. You totally saved me with this lease. We are thrilled with being able to rent this house while we're building our new house! Michael and I truly appreciate all you've done and the way you stuck by us through the year! I'd love to update my testimonial to include how much help you've been throughout the year. Thanks so much again,
"I first heard of Sue Adler when I found her website. I wasn't actually in the market to buy or sell at the time, but her website was the only place that I could find real data on our local housing market. She also seemed to have the most interesting listings for houses in the area, which was another reason why I found myself visiting her website occasionally. In October 2006, we decided to relocate to the Philadelphia area. The first and only agent that I called to list my house was Sue Adler. We called the number on her website and expected to hear back in a day or so. I think it took her 45 seconds or so to call us back. She came over the next day, advised us on what to do to get the house ready by Thanksgiving (recommending stagers and contractors that also showed up, returned our calls and bumped other jobs to help us get ready). She also guided us (and frankly, my new employer's relocation counselor) through the process of putting the house on the market and gave us frank advice on selling our house in a down market. Prior to listing our house, our relocation counselor sought an independent assessment of the value of our house from an additional realtor. When that estimate suggested that we should list our house almost three hundred thousand dollars less than Sue suggested, Sue fought to price the house at what she thought was right, and went to great pains to demonstrate to the relocation company why our house was more valuable then the independent analysis showed. She also gave us novel marketing advice with respect to our home's property taxes, which would definitely have been an issue otherwise. In the end, in a down market, at perhaps worst time to sell a house (between Thanksgiving and Christmas), Sue listed our house at what her analysis showed was the right price to sell. In a time when it was relatively unheard of, we entertained multiple offers and accepted one that was over $20,000 more than our listing price. I would unhesitatingly recommend Sue to anyone looking to sell their house in the area. She knows the market. She has the data. And she'll answer her phone when you call.”
"If you are looking for a real-estate agent who understands the market to the very last detail, who provides truly valuable services through advice, analysis of the market data, and time dedication, Sue is a right agent for you. Sue's website is one of the best I have seen in the real-estate business. Not only you can find traditional information there (such as available listings, previous sales), it also provides a lot of historical data and analyses of the actual sales which you rarely see on any other similar web-sites. She is very honest, open and very responsive to her client's needs and habits - these are the qualities that are essential for productive relations with a real estate agent." ,
In this very complex world it is rare to find a team of professionals with the caliber of talent and knowledge that you and your staff offer. Andi and I consider ourselves fortunate to have met you. You understood our needs and wants from the beginning. Your knowledge of real estate and the most unique market within this community gave us an edge over the competition. You sold our home in a matter of days -- for more than we were asking -- and helped us to find our new home and buy it for less than the seller was asking. After the purchase you followed up with the builder and made sure they honored their promises. I marvel at your tenacity to get things resolved. Your charm and professionalism are highly valued and greatly appreciated."
Dear Sue Danny and I just wanted to thank you for your assistance in purchasing our first home! We really appreciate your honesty, constant communication and guidance. Additionally, your professionalism and command for the Real Estate market is unmatched! We would be happy to refer you to anyone who is on the search for a new home! It has been our pleasure to work with you and also happy to say you are our first friend in the neighborhood!! Thanks again for all of your help! Warm Regards,
Dear Sue, Having moved from Montreal to Short Hills, we were lucky to find an agent who knows this market & would look out for our interests. Thank you for your relentless efforts and your good advice in helping us find a house. You are a true expert and nice to deal with.
"As I sit here and think about the experience of how you handled the sale of my house I smile and thank you for making it such a good experience. You have the gift that only a client would know about. Your patience with me at such a crazy time and your knack of just knowing your business was greatly appreciated. Sue, you know the market and prepared me for it all. Thank you for the smooth segue into my next chapter."
Steve and I feel so lucky to have found you on the Internet. I could not have asked for a better realtor to help us find what I feel is the perfect home for us. Sue, your constant support & attention to our needs is so valuable. Our interests were always foremost for you and I feel your energy and resolve is what got us our house in an extremely HOT market for Sellers. You have an excellent team working for you. I never felt I were navigating solo. I took a lot of twists & turns in our search for a house & you and your team were with us each step of the way. When I finally found "the one" you went above & beyond to see that our bid was accepted without a bidding war. You even introduced us to other people in the area!
Thanks so much for your outstanding assistance in buying a house in Short Hills. We totally love the house and the Glenwood section and wouldn't be here if it weren't for you! We didn't know much about the areas we were looking in and you really helped us sort out our preferences and needs. Your personal attention, prompt responses, knowledge about the area and the housing market, and overall vivacious personality made you stand out from other realtors we considered working with. You were always extremely attentive to our needs both during the looking and the buying process and we'd often get calls back from you within a few minutes when we had questions.
"If you find yourself in need of a realtor, you would be crazy not to use Sue Adler! I had very difficult negotiations and I am convinced that the deal would have fallen through if it weren't for Sue's expert advice and negotiating skills. She is extremely competent and someone you can absolutely put your trust in. Not only did I meet a wonderful Realtor, but I also made a good friend."
Sue and Candace, I just wanted to take a quick minute to thank you both for the all of the help you gave us in providing our multi-family sales comps for our tax appeal against Montclair.
Dear Sue: Hope you are doing well. I just wanted to write to tell you what an outstanding job Dawn Preziosi did for me in my desperate time of need to find a rental home, after my home in Livingston was ordered sold by the court. She was relentless in her efforts to find my daughters and me a suitable home, given a short amount of time and many obstacles. Dawn never complained, and would often work on Friday nights and weekends and with short notice. Dawn ultimately found us a wonderful rental home, and is responsible for keeping a roof over our heads in less than two weeks. We love this home, and my children love their new school in the Glenwood section of Short Hills. If it weren't for Dawn, I fear the outcome would have been disastrous. I hope that in the future, I will be able to afford to buy a home, and use Dawn and The Sue Adler Team of Keller Williams as my real estate agents. I have recommended Dawn, you and Keller Williams to many of my friends, and would happily provide a reference at any time. Dawn is an outstanding woman and real estate agent, who took her responsibility to help me very seriously. She is a credit to your agency.
Sue, I wanted to send this note some time ago but time really started slipping away. I (and Holly) want to thank you for the great work you did in helping us buy the house.
"I were very impressed how Sue spread the word, as well as the different mediums she used to advertise our home. There was never a question in our minds that Sue would not apply all of her marketing strategies to get our house sold. Once it sold, Sue again prevailed by finding us our new home. She used her negotiating skills to find us the best deal possible and helped us find a great mortgage company. From beginning to end, Sue was there to guide us through and made selling and buying a home a pleasurable experience. I would absolutely recommend Sue Adler for all of your real estate needs. She will not give up until the job is done. Thank you Sue for all of your hard work and dedication."
"You were everything I hoped for in a Listing Agent. You advertised our home well, followed up on all leads and kept us well informed. Throughout this stressful process, you were always a delight to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to any of our friends."
"Dear Neighbor, I just wanted to tell you about our positive experience with our Realtor. My husband and I are transferring out of state and found ourselves in need of a Realtor's services. Our neighbor, Jennifer Cordover told us, 'You have to list with Sue Adler! She sold our house in two weeks! She's terrific!' Well, I did, and she was right. She showed up with a book full of glowing references and sold our house the day she listed it (and for a great price)! Sue is knowledgeable, friendly, and someone you can truly put your trust in. If you are contemplating a move, I wouldn't list with anyone else!"
