It will not be possible for me to put words on paper to describe the thanks I owe you and your team for all the guidance and service you have provided to both John and me with regard to the multiple sale and purchase of homes this past year. I have mentioned to you several times that my parents are very envious of the fact that I found such a savvy realtor to sell our properties. They are in the process of moving to Arizona and have not been so fortunate to find a team as attentive as the one you have created! I think your selection of partners is one of the many secrets of your success. Another is your ability to hold a sense of humor during what most know to be a fairly stressful experience--you make me laugh--a nice touch when selling and buying homes under pressure. Yuck! Your commitment and professionalism towards your customers and colleagues is beyond evident. The courtesy and respect your group shows to other agents is also admirable. I could go on and on . . .
