We trusted Sue to handle our sale and she expertly managed this listing in the extremely quick timeframe that was required to satisfy our corresponding home purchase contingency. I'll start with WOW...from the moment that I met Sue, I was so impressed with her local area knowledge and business savvy. I respected and admired her approach to selling a home. Lets get the price right and the customers will come...even potentially a bidding war. And she was right...at the right price I received multiple offers within 4 days of the listing. I recently used Sue Adler team to market my newly renovated house. I would like to share two things with people who wonder why I decided to use her team and how my experiences with the team were. To be honest, it is hard to choose from among many real estate agents in Short Hills since most of them are super good. What I did was that I invited three groups of agents and presented to me how they would market my house. I finally picked The Sue Adler Team because I think their proposed price strategy is reasonable and well thought out; their marketing records in the past year are excellent; and their proposed marketing strategy was very promising. I really think I made the right decision. Now let me share my experiences in working with them. The house was sold after the first open house - impressive, right? That came from a few months of hard upfront work - Sue made many suggestions about how to build the house to the best quality and usability during the last stage of construction, Sue's team member, Melissa, followed all way through to communicate with my builder (she acted as if she were MY manager!); and after the signing of the sale agreement, Sue has a dedicated transaction manager who helped to manage transaction day and nights. I did not know Sue before this house. I chose her team based purely on business consideration and I highly recommend using Sue and her team.

Working with Sue Adler and her team was an incredible experience! We met with Sue and were very impressed with her expertise of the market. She outlined a strategy for selling our Chatham house by setting an attractive asking price to enhance the level of interest and attract offers. The strategy was right on, and the house was shown and sold within 2 weeks of our meeting, and while we were on a 2-week vacation in Europe. We had 37 showings in a 4-day period and received 11 offers, all above our asking price. Sue's team approach is extremely effective. We worked with a team of specialists, where each member of the team handles a different phase of the process and is expert at that phase. The team communicates with each other and with us so it is an extremely well run process. Sue is the listing agent, and plans the pricing strategy and shows the house. Melissa is the project manager through the sale and coordinates the sale/contract process. They recommended Leah, a staging specialist, who did a great job with some simple changes to allow potential buyers to see the space and the best utilization of the rooms. We met with a copywriter and photographer, who developed a brochure on our house. We stayed in touch with Sue and Melissa while in Europe, and were able to select the best offer (which we were very pleased with and complete the contract process by phone and online documents. Then Dawn took over to work with us and prepare for the home inspection and closing process. She was excellent, and we had all bases covered. Again, great communication and always accessible. Together, we were able to handle all issues and close on schedule, 5 weeks after the contract was signed. This was an exceptional experience, beginning with the pricing strategy which was right on point, and continuing through the offer/sale, contract, and closing phases. We would strongly recommend Sue and her team to any seller, and in fact have recommended her already to other potential sellers. Excellent job everyone! Thank you

Professionally, the Sue Adler Team can't be topped. Sue personally evaluated my home, which was which I had added a mission-style addition that increased the floor space by nearly 50% and made the home unlike anything usually found in Glenwood. Sue genuinely appreciated the love and care put into the upgraded design, and priced the home accordingly. Then Sue's listing success manager(Melissa) put me in touch with contractors to finish projects and perfect the home, and high school/college kids to help de-clutter. Then, she actually, physically, helped me move stuff” into the garage in preparation for the photo shoot. The photographer took great photos of both inside and outside, capturing many of the more subtle upgrades, for the brochure. We hit the market Thursday, and by Monday we had three offers over asking price! Then, Sue's post-closing “Transactional” team took over. Dawn advised on and helped negotiate and resolve the home inspection issues, made sure all the Addition's permits were closed out (who knew?), set up all the inspections needed, picked up the permits, took care of access to the house for the town inspections so I could stay at work and even picked up and installed the kitchen fire extinguisher required by code (again, who knew?). The amount we received over the asking price was enough to pay the entire Realtors' fee! On a personal level, the entire Sue Adler team was sensitive to the fact that I was going through a divorce, tackling this project, both enormous in size and in emotional difficulty, by myself. They were sympathetic, supportive, motivating, helpful, all at the right time. I was never alone in this project.

The Sue Adler team is the best in the Real Estate “game”. I had an Amazing experience working with Sue to sell my home in Northside Summit. I met Sue back in 2013 when I first thought about putting my house on the Market. I was so impressed at our first consultation that I knew I just HAD to work with Sue.
