Amy has a lot of expertise and knowledge about the real estate in our area. Jennifer is an amazing Realtor and part of an amazing team. Working with Sue Adler and her team was an incredible experience! We met with Sue and were very impressed with her expertise of the market. She outlined a strategy for selling our Chatham house by setting an attractive asking price to enhance the level of interest and attract offers. Then Dawn took over to work with us and prepare for the home inspection and closing process. She was excellent, and we had all bases covered. Again, great communication and always accessible. Together, we were able to handle all issues and close on schedule, 5 weeks after the contract was signed. This was an exceptional experience, beginning with the pricing strategy which was right on point, and continuing through the offer/sale, contract, and closing phases.
