Lee was exceptional to work with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, his charming and warm demeanor made the house hunting process less daunting for first time home buyers. After a showing he would introduce us to the local neighborhood over a coffee and provide pointers about the schools/parks/public transit/etc. We looked in 3 counties (Union, Morris and Essex) and Lee was able to provide valuable insight about varying market conditions for each individual town. If you’re looking to purchase a home in NJ, we highly recommend Lee.

Lee was great to work with! He has a lot of patience with us since meeting us for the first time. We were all over the map on towns we were looking for, paused to have a baby, and finally landed on our starter home. He is knowledgeable of the local area and the real estate process. We also loved everyone we met in his team and his referrals for our attorney and our lender.

We were very grateful to work with Lee in purchasing our house in Maplewood last spring/summer. As first time home buyers moving from NYC/Hoboken and not from the area, we didn't know much about the suburbs and various neighborhoods. Lee walked us through the home buying process, offered to give us a tour of the town, made recommendations for our attorney and house inspectors, and was well connected to other agents in the area. What we appreciated most about Lee over other agents we had met with was that he was always responsive and humble - no question was too big or too small, and always made us feel prioritized. He would also take time out of his schedule to view the house with our contractor before we officially closed - so it helped speed up the overall renovation timeline. It was an extremely competitive market with winning offers going well above asking, and Lee made sure to get our offers in quickly even if this required working on a Sunday night. We were able to start the house search process and have an accepted offer within 1 month. It was a very smooth first time home buying journey!

Lee was outstanding to work with! My family and I had been on a 2.5+ year journey that started with a rental (that Lee found for us) and continued beyond that as we searched for the home we hope to be in for the long haul as we raise our family. Lee helped us with our first home purchase. He was honest, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and willing to accommodate our schedules even if it meant showings first thing Sunday morning or after work during the week. He was willing to go the extra mile - whether it was to get us into see house we wanted to see or meeting a contractor to get an estimate on short notice. Lee was very attentive to our wish list and worked with us over a year-long house hunt that consisted of multiple bidding wars, one house where the seller backed out and ultimately culminated in the perfect house.
