As a first time buyer and not being from the US, Lee explained the entire process in detail and drove me around the Maplewood neighborhoods providing a quick and enjoyable history lesson. I found his honesty about the properties, prices and market conditions refreshing and took his advise on everything from making an offer that was realistic (not too low, but not too high either!), attorney, surveyors and mortgage firm. I was lucky enough to have an offer accepted on a house I saw on the first day and Lee and his team guided me through the whole process which otherwise would have been daunting and may not have resulted in me finding what I hope will be my home for years.
