I truly can't say enough amazing things about Amy! My husband and I were in search of a home and had narrowed down our search to a few areas. We had started looking on our own but the housing market was so crazy that we realized we needed a realtor. I did some research and interviewed a few realtors and as soon as I spoke to Amy, I know she was the right fit! We knew we wanted to use the same realtor for buying our home and selling our current place and Amy hit the mark on all fronts. From the very beginning, Amy was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to look in, but also deeply empathetic to our needs and concerns. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home, even when it felt like every other house was out of reach. She helped us really understand what was important to us in a home and helped guide us in understanding how to narrow our search. What really set Amy apart, though, was her unwavering support throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and help us navigate the competitive market. Amy never made us feel rushed or pressured; instead, she made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. When we found our dream home, it was thanks to Amy’s expert negotiation skills and persistence that we were able to secure it in such a competitive market. I truly don’t think we would have gotten our home without her! Beyond that, working with her and her team on the sale was so seamless and they got us a great price! This was an amazing experience. What you get with this team is a full white glove treatment. I've moved to another state, and have left a key with Amy, Chris, and Sandra, who in turn took care of EVERYTHING, including scheduling appointments, photos, dealing with township permits, suggesting contractors for things which were amiss, and finally recommending a great lawyer. Amy has a lot of expertise and knowledge about the real estate in our area. She made herself always readily available by quickly responding to our concerns either directly through text, phone, email or by way of another associate. And this happened multiple times at very inconvenient times: late at night and weekends. We never had to wait. She and her team got right to it. She is part of a large group of professionals whose responsibilities include constant coordination, scheduling, staging, input, problem solving and inspections. Indeed, she and her team are amazing and helped us through the entire process in record time. Very impressed and most important, very happy.
