Tracy Biebelberg is the real estate associate you want to work with to get your home sold. I began my conversation with Tracy (through a family friend recommendation) in January 2020 as I was looking to assist my mother in selling her home. Within about 3 months we completed all of the preparation and closed on the sale during the height of the current pandemic. There is no doubt in my mind that Tracy is responsible for making this happen. Tracy understands the most important aspect of handling a transaction like selling a home: it is the client. From day one this was a partnership with a mutual goal in mind. We discussed with Tracy what "improvements" we were willing to do to get the best value out of the sale - and an immediate offer. Tracy explained our options and then provided all of the resources to make this happen. At every step along the way I knew that Tracy had our best interests in mind. In about 6 weeks we de cluttered the house, had it fully painted and staged. Within 24 hours of listing the house on Zillow we had our first offer - and closed on the sale 5 weeks later. The challenges that must be met within the timeframe between offer and closing were exacerbated by the complete shutdown of almost everything. Nevertheless, Tracy kept us on track and was there to help and advise. We are grateful for her expertise, punctuality, diligence and amazing support. The results are obvious! Many months before we actually looked at homes she spoke to me on the phone at length about what we were looking for. Then she took the time to do a video chat with us to look at our apartment we were going to need to sell and let us know approximately what price we might be looking at. Then when we finally found a home we wanted to look at she took us to see three homes. Due to COVID we could each only see the homes only for a very small amount of time and then - even to our own surprise - we wanted to put an offer on one of the homes - totally a dream home for us. It checked almost all of the boxes. There was an extremely short time frame for us to decide on an offer price and Tracy was so responsive and patient and helpful. We ended up not getting the home...but...we let her know that we were willing to make a higher offer, so she helped up re-open the offers and we ended up going about 3 rounds with higher offers - with expert guidance from Tracy...and we got the house!! Throughout that whole process she was available, helpful, patient, honest, and also fun. :) She made a really stressful couple of days much better. As if that wasn't enough, she was with us every single step of the way after we were under contract - through a BUNCH of crazy unexpected curveballs - she was available, patient, helpful, and knowledgable. And then when we were ready to put our apartment up for sale, she went above and beyond to find us an expert local-to-us seller's agent, setting up and joining intro phone calls with us and talking us through the options. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service is very important to me. It's very rare to find it in any industry and I certainly didn't expect it with our real estate journey. Tracy was the absolute best. Your search for an agent is over.
