Terry guided us to make the best offer on the house we really wanted, helping us avoid the emotional process of bidding and then dealing with the disappointment when the sellers chose someone else. She helped us present our competitive bid in the best light possible and then after the sellers accepted, connected us with others who could help with everything we needed, from an inspector to potential attorneys and lenders. She knows the area and knew how to improve our chances of winning, and we really appreciate all her help.

We can't praise Laura highly enough- she was just wonderful. We had to move from a home of many years to anywhere in a 25 mile radius, had absolutely no familiarity with New Jersey nor really any clear idea of what we wanted but were also terribly demanding and uncompromising in terms of what didn't want.
