Larry is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is very personable and always looks out for your best interests. After seeing a house, he immediately will go over the pros and cons of the house , which my wife and I found very helpful. He also has experience in construction and has a pretty good idea of what remodeling can be done to a house and an approximate cost. He is very responsive and is a great negotiator.

We met Amy at an open house for the home that we ultimately ended up purchasing. Having lived in Summit, NJ where our current house was, she understood the market dynamics in Short Hills. The Sue Adler Team can not be compared to other realtors! Sue is a powerhouse in every way. Her knowledge of the Summit market is one of her best assets. She timed our listing perfectly. We received multiple offers the first weekend! However, her team's work does not end here. Dawn, the team's transaction manager, was there with us through the rest of the selling process, from the home inspection to repairs to the final walk through. Deciding to sell our home in Summit was something that my husband and I thought about briefly.  We contacted Sue Adler to discuss it, to see who was out there as potential buyers, and what the Summit luxury home market was dictating for a home as large and well built as ours. Within a week, Sue found a buyer, connected him with us and our house was sold.  It was really that easy, or at least it seemed that way.  Sue went to work immediately for us.  She called potential buyers, met them to discuss our home and really worked to find us solid buyer. Her team, which includes Dawn Preziosi, was essential when it came to the details of selling a home, going through an inspection, all the way down to the details of finding the workers to correct any small problems that were found in our inspection.  Dawn worked side by side with electricians and construction workers to ensure that every detail was corrected and up to inspection standards. We have never experienced the sale of any of our homes before, and were really ignorant to the process.  There is so much, so many small details and Sue and Dawn, and all of their team members, really made this a smooth process for us.  They took care of every detail with such attention and focus. I recommend this group of individuals so highly, and truly consider them all friends after having gone through this process with them.
