Larry is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is very personable and always looks out for your best interests. After seeing a house, he immediately will go over the pros and cons of the house , which my wife and I found very helpful. He also has experience in construction and has a pretty good idea of what remodeling can be done to a house and an approximate cost. He is very responsive and is a great negotiator!
