We were very grateful to work with Lee in purchasing our house in Maplewood last spring/summer. As first time home buyers moving from NYC/Hoboken and not from the area, we didn't know much about the suburbs and various neighborhoods. Lee walked us through the home buying process, offered to give us a tour of the town, made recommendations for our attorney and house inspectors, and was well connected to other agents in the area. What we appreciated most about Lee over other agents we had met with was that he was always responsive and humble - no question was too big or too small, and always made us feel prioritized. He would also take time out of his schedule to view the house with our contractor before we officially closed - so it helped speed up the overall renovation timeline. It was an extremely competitive market with winning offers going well above asking, and Lee made sure to get our offers in quickly even if this required working on a Sunday night. We were able to start the house search process and have an accepted offer within 1 month. It was a very smooth first time home buying journey!
