I strongly recommend Sue Adler as a buying and listing agent in the Millburn/Short Hills area. In sum, she has extensive knowledge of the relevant housing market, and more importantly, she works diligently to assure the best results for her client(s) - even when its not in her own best interest. Drawing on her extensive experience, Sue provided us with excellent insight on how to best have our offer accepted while avoiding a bidding war on our new house in the Glenwood Section, which clearly had other interested purchasers. Following Sue's advice, our offer was accepted and the contract was signed. However, this only started the hard work by Sue and her staff. In the following weeks, Sue and her staff continued to assist us with all work needed to close, as well as guide us through some additional work we wanted to do on our new home after closing. Now its December, and we had to sell our current house in Millburn (South Mountain). Timing was critical as we wanted simultaneous closings. Through Sue's marketing advice and strategy, we were able to sell our home after only 3 days on the market. For both buying and selling, Sue’s advice, services, expertise and attention to detail went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. She was always personally available to assist us, guide us, or simply answer questions. This is clearly more than just a profession for Sue. Having Sue on our side made the sale of one home and the simultaneous purchase of a new home a pleasure.
