Kyle recently helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Hoboken, NJ. In this competitive market, there were several other bids on the property. Having no experience purchasing a home, I defaulted to the expectation that Kyle would be very aggressive in this bidding war so that we could not be denied, but he was not. Admittedly, I initially mistook his calm (albeit confident) demeanor for indifference. The truth is that Kyle was simply in full command of the situation, and I quickly understood that he is a force at the top of his field. I began trusting him implicitly during the process. Our bid was accepted, and we were overjoyed. Not only was Kyle able to make a fantastic deal, but he was also exceptionally professional. His command over the subject matter of real estate is so strong that he can explain things in simple terms that allow decisions to be made easily. Working with Kyle truly felt like working with a longtime friend. My family is so grateful for Kyle and what he has done for us!
