We had an amazing experience working with Abby Tanzer of the Sue Adler team! Abby was patient, dedicated, thorough and a true buyer’s advocate in a challenging market. Any time we had a question or a concern, Abby would do the needed research and get a through answer, always going above and beyond the call of duty. We met Abby at an open house before we were ready. She understood, asked what we were looking for, stayed in touch, and over the following months sent us some listings and exclusives to help pinpoint what our dream house might look like. Months later, when we were ready to find our dream home, we sent Abby some properties we wanted to see and she sent us some of her suggestions. Sure enough, Abby picked out our dream home, took us to see it several times before we made an offer, helped us to negotiate, and took nearly all of the stress away from buying a home. She was always available and happy to help no matter what the ask and we will be eternally grateful to her for helping us find and secure our forever home.
