Our market has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we’ve had to innovate with the times when it comes to the home buying process. One way we do that is with our virtual showing process. Before you ever step foot in a home, you’ll need to get a pre-approval, sign a disclosure, and preview the home online and all its pictures, virtual tours, videos, etc., that are available.
