We hold a Realtor Open House on Tuesday or Thursday and point out all of the home’s great features to the agents. This helps create the buzz and get the agents to call their clients for your home.
Sunday Open House is extremely helpful in getting buyers through the house during our first-weekend launch. Since most Realtors do not have teams, the first Sunday ensures that their buyers have access to see the house even if their agent is not available to take them. We invite all Realtors to send their Qualified Buyers to the open house. This is all part of our strategy in creating multiples after the first weekend. We will discuss the best strategy for subsequent Open Houses and advise you.
