In his 15 plus years as a Member-Trader on NYMEX, Rich developed a strong foundation in quick thinking, multitasking, real-time problem solving, risk assessment, diplomacy, and performing under pressure. These skills translate directly into his role as Transaction Coordinator. He researches each seller clients’ permit history, conducts pre-listing inspections and manages all critical milestones - guiding them through required municipal inspections, negotiating inspection requests and repairs, tracking deposit deadlines, mortgage commitments, appraisals, utility transfers, final walkthroughs and communicating with clients, agents, contractors, attorneys and title companies throughout the transaction. His goal is simple: keep every transaction organized, on schedule, and stress-free.
Born and raised in Hoboken and now a proud suburban dad living in Madison, Rich brings intimate knowledge of the towns along the “commuter corridor”. He genuinely enjoys working with people from all backgrounds and believes that empathy, honesty, and clear communication are the keys to building trust and delivering exceptional client experiences.When he is not coordinating transactions, you’ll find him in the kitchen as an avid cook and passionate pizzaiolo, spending time with his family and friends
