Our work with Terry got us into the home of our dreams - never imagined we would be able to purchase this house in the current NJ market, especially as first time home buyers. We bought a single family home in Somerset county in July 2026. Since we first met Terry during an open house in late January 2026, she had been instrumental in building our confidence during our home search with her expertise in the local markets, her professionalism, her responsiveness (no text, call, or email from us ever went without a timely reply), and the breadth of resources and contacts she has built over her career that she was able to share with us. Her constant follow-up with the Selling team is what led to our offer being accepted and negotiations running smoothly - in fact, had it not been for her persistence, we would have not even known we were still in the running for our home as we were not the initially accepted offer. She knew we wanted this home to build roots for our young family and she went above and beyond to help us get an excellent and fair deal. She made the learning process enjoyable despite this being a high stress time in our lives, trying to find our home in the midst of navigating full time work, toddler care, and finishing grad school.
