How would you feel if your dentist was also your mechanic, your butcher, and your child’s teacher? If you’re like most people, you’d probably feel a little doubtful that one person could complete all these jobs on their own—or, if they could, could do them all well.

So, following this logic, why would you hire just one agent to handle all the many tasks that go into a successful real estate transaction—especially when you could have a team of specialists by your side to make sure everything goes smoothly.

The truth is that different agents on a given team perform very different, highly specific roles. Listing agents, for example, are strategy-oriented individuals who have a keen sense for the ins and outs of the home selling process, while buyer agents are those who are passionate about helping people find the perfect home.

And these are just two of the kinds of professionals you’ll find on a real estate team. When you work with a team instead of a solo agent for your home sale or home purchase, your transaction will also be supported by the efforts of hard-working administrative staff. On the Sue Adler Team, this includes a listing success manager, a professional writer, a professional photographer, and a transaction manager who handles all of the fine details from contract to close, including inspection negotiations.

A single agent simply can’t do all the jobs
of several specialized agents on their own.

With all of this in mind, the choice between working with a solo agent and a team is clear. When you work with a team, everything is handled for you. A single agent simply can’t do all the jobs of several specialized agents on their own. Beyond that, solo agents just don’t have their fingers on the pulse of the market in the same way we do. They don’t have the time, energy, or resources.

Everybody is so busy these days. But when you have a team of specialists on your side, you can rest easy knowing your real estate goals are in good hands.

If you have any other questions or would like more information about what our team, specifically, can do to help you buy or sell, feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
