Roseland to Midtown Manhattan less than 45 minutes from your living room to Penn Station? YUP!

Roseland is the best bang for your buck of any North Jersey suburb for NYC commuters. The Orange train station is just an 8-9 minute car ride from Roseland and 32 minutes to midtown. And how realistic is this to do? As you’ll see in this reel my better half does it daily!

Roseland features:

– 18th ranked public school district in NJ

– 12th ranked school district (both private and public included) for athletes in NJ

– Quicker door-to-door to NYC than Short Hills, Millburn, Summit, Chatham, Madison

– Incredibly low property taxes. The most recent sale in town was for $739,500 with property taxes of just $7300/year

– Price per square foot in Roseland is just $350 as of 2023 compared with $409 in Madison, $509 in Chatham, $528 in Summit, $643 in Short Hills
