About Chris Arcadia

Transaction Manager ·
Chris Arcadia

Chris Arcadia, our Transaction Success Manager, leads our Transaction Success team and is someone who goes above and beyond from the first time you meet him until the transaction is closed. When asked what his greatest value is to our clients, Chris' response comes as no surprise and is representative of the Sue Adler Team culture: "I do whatever it takes for our sellers. Every decision I make, I make with our clients' best interest in mind." Chris is an advocate for our sellers during inspection negotiations. Sue Adler adds, Chris is the voice of reason, a calming force during this potentially stressful and emotional time for our sellers. He is smart, insightful, extremely solution-oriented, level headed, and has a knack for keeping all parties focused on the big picture. Chris understands the psychology of the deal and this is something that is hard to teach.

Chris' family is his top priority. He is the dad you can find on the sideline rooting for his son on the football field or in the audience watching his daughter kill it on the dance floor. Chris takes the passion he has for his family and brings this to The Sue Adler Team clients. His positive "can do" attitude is infectious!

Whether you are residing in the home you are selling or have moved thousands of miles away if you need permits closed out, or asbestos or mold remediation, Chris has it under control he is one of the many reasons our clients rave about their experience with our team and adds tremendous value not only to our clients but to all of the team members as well.

This was an amazing experience. What you get with this team is a full white glove treatment. I've moved to another state, and have left a key with Amy, Chris, and Sandra, who in turn took care of EVERYTHING, including scheduling appointments, photos, dealing with township permits, suggesting contractors for things which were amiss, and finally recommending a great lawyer. I highly recommend this real estate agency.Read Less

We can't recommend Amy highly enough. My experience with her was exceptional! She was so knowledgeable and provided us with valuable insights about the local market. Tenant occupancy made the sale so much more complicated. Amy and her team went above and beyond to help us coordinate and negotiate, and thus made the whole process easy and smooth. Choosing Amy as our real estate agent was the best decision we made. I have been truly impressed by the way of working with a team of specialists. Chris, Sandra, Nicolle were all 10/10 professionals. They always responded to our request quickly and were so patient to answer all our questions. We felt valued and supported during the sale. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
