Growing up in Montclair, Kelsey Santiago often drove past the beautiful homes, picking her favorites and imagining what each looked like from inside. Her passion for homes and their overall potential has never faltered and contributes to her success working with sellers as the Sue Adler Team’s incredible Transaction Manager.
After graduating from University of Hartford with a degree in Communication and Psychology, Kelsey began a career in Advertising and Marketing with a reputable New York City firm, where her clients included Honda, Comcast, and Barnes and Noble. During her tenure, she quickly learned the art of negotiation and sales techniques to service high-level clientele, which has also proven invaluable in the real estate industry, which she transitioned into in 2018.
