Our purchase was not a straightforward transaction — the seller did not have an agent and there was also a language barrier — but Vikas managed everything incredibly well and kept the deal moving smoothly. He was always thinking a few steps ahead and used his extensive network to coordinate inspections, appraisal, and other important due diligence early in the process.
