Having no experience purchasing a home, I defaulted to the expectation that Kyle would be very aggressive in this bidding war so that we could not be denied, but he was not. Admittedly, I initially mistook his calm (albeit confident) demeanor for indifference. The truth is that Kyle was simply in full command of the situation, and I quickly understood that he is a force at the top of his field. I began trusting him implicitly during the process. Our bid was accepted, and we were overjoyed. Not only was Kyle able to make a fantastic deal, but he was also exceptionally professional.
