Melissa Bulwith joined us in 2014 and spent 6 years as the team's Listing Success Manager and Sue's "right hand" before moving into her current role as Listing Specialist. As Listing Success Manager, Melissa tirelessly worked to design and implement our seamless listing process. Whether perfecting your brochure or marketing materials, arranging photography, orchestrating videography, coordinating showings and feedback, or just simply providing some good old fashioned hand holding to our clients, Melissa knows how to provide the ultimate client experience. Melissa's side-by-side training with Sue as Listing Success Manager makes her uniquely suited for the role of Listing Specialist. She truly embraces client care and understands the nuts and bolts of a listing, the importance of communication, and the details and organization required for a listings success.
"No one succeeds alone, and it is impossible for an agent without a topnotch client-focused support team to do everything that we do for our sellers and provide the level of service that we provide," says Bulwith. Melissa also runs our team's Past Client Program, making sure our extensive network is up-to-date and staying in touch with our forever clients.
Before joining The Sue Adler Team, Melissa spent 10 years working in commercial real estate and property management in New York City and holds a BS from the University of Delaware in Leadership and Consumer Studies.
