Kathleen was incredible!!! I was such a skeptic of Reql estate agents in NJ as we moved from California looking for a home. She was patient and helped find is exactly what WE wanted ( not just me ??). She was kind and generous with sharing comps and backgrounds of homes and neighborhoods. She played a diligent negotiator once we found our dream home, and held us back from over bidding! She also helped us during escrow and inspections to ensure we didnt waste any money. She even stayed at the house through inspections to help us understand inspection results. She also shared what was a "good to have" and a "must have" when it came to spending money on repairs and fixes post buying our home aswell. We have the perfect home at the perfect price, thanks to Kathleen! If we could give her 100 stars on everything, we would!!!

Kathleen Lamendola has been amazing to work with. We are first time buyers who decided to purchase in the crazy sellers market of fall 2021. Right from helping us figure out what we actually wanted, what was affordable in our price range and how to go about the process, Kathleen handheld us through it all. She is very knowledgeable about the whole process, and worked with us with a lot of patience as we figured out what exactly is our dream home. When we zeroed in on the house we wanted finally, in May 2022, Kathleen was instrumental in helping us understand the market and lining up the various inspections that would be necessary for the home we wanted. This particular deal however fell through and did not close. Kathleen stayed in close communication with the sellers agent and the attorneys through it all. Even after we ended up back in the market looking for our dream home in June 2022, Kathleen was a great help in arranging visits to all the homes that might fit our criteria despite her own trying personal circumstances at the time. When we finalized our current house, Kathleen went above and beyond by scheduling and coordinating the multiple inspections for us at short notice. She also stepped in for us on occasions when we were unavailable to supervise. Our closing timeline (of Aug 2022) made life a bit chaotic, as we chose to close only a few days before our baby was due - we wanted to welcome our newborn in our new home. Kathleen managed the entire closing process for us. She was very flexible with her time, and made us feel like her only clients. She also helped us navigate our options so we closed on time. Even now, that we have moved into our new home, we continue to rely on Kathleen's network of contacts and experience to help us transition into the role of homeowners. Working with Kathleen has been a great experience. And I would definitely recommend Kathleen to anyone I know who is looking for their home.

Kathleen was the perfect agent for us. She was there through every victory and defeat. Supported us in leaving a deal when our inspection fell through, and brought us another the following weekend. It took us 8 months to find a good agent. There aren’t many Kathleen’s around!

We can't recommend Kathleen Lamendola enough! She is the best realtor in the area! The housing market has been interesting to say the least in 2022, and you really need someone that will be by your side and work with your best interests in mind. Kathleen does all that and more. Initially, we were working with another agent/agency in buying a home in Westfield, NJ, and the agency just didn't seem to be a fit for our family. Kathleen Lamendola came highly recommended from a mutual friend and we reached out to her team and quickly had a return call. Kathleen spent a session getting to know us and exactly what we wanted in our next home. We also discussed our budget and what we were comfortable with. She clearly listened as she would send us a list of houses that met our criteria, as well as videos when she would do walk-throughs herself. If we had a question about a house that came up on other sites, she would give us information as to why it would or wouldn't be a good fit for us. This really helped as we didn't spend countless hours driving around town to visit houses that wouldn't be a good fit. When we finally found a house that warranted an offer; Kathleen and her team provided reasonable comps for the area as well as guidance on what a competitive offer would look like...always keeping our budget in mind. We then drafted and submitted an offer on Easter weekend, and Kathleen ensured it was with the sellers realtor before the deadline. Lo and behold, our offer was accepted! It didn't stop there, Kathleen then held our hands as we went through attorney review, inspections, appraisal, etc. She also provided a list of trustworthy companies and people to work with in the area and arranged a lot of appointments on our behalf. She made the home buying process as stress-free and worry-free as possible. If you need someone that is honest, reliable, listens to what you want, excellent communication, and is by your side, Kathleen Lamendola is the realtor for you! We can't recommend her enough and can't wait to have her at our family BBQs!
