As 1st time home buyers, my husband and I were unsure where to start! However, we met Louise and she made our lives easier. She was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Louise is the best! I love her professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to finding her clients the best home. I came across Louise when I contacted her company for a listing they have and she immediately impressed me with her great personality. She worked around the clock to make sure that everything is attended to and she made every effort to accommodate my request. She is very well liked by sellers and other agents. That has proven to be a big help as the real estate business, much like every other business, depends on relationship building. She is extremely timely on responding to communications and she adhered to industry regulations. I didn't have to worry about shady practices when dealing with Louise. Louise couldn't have been more helpful during my first-time home-buying experience. She was always very responsive to emails, texts, or calls at any time of the day. She was available to walk me through the home buying process and gave great advice. She stuck with me even though I was very specific as to the home. Louise was terrific. She listened carefully to our requirements and made every attempt to satisfy our “must have” list. She literally took us from upper Bergen County down to southern Middlesex County where we finally purchased a home that checked all the boxes. If you are serious about buying or selling and you admire someone with integrity who will not push you to buy what isn’t good for you, choose Louise; you won’t be disappointed. BTW: Louise advised us to take the purchase in Middlesex which was $350,000 less than the house we liked in Bergen County. They were literally the same home…only the price was different! Louise listed and sold my aunt's house four years ago. She was very helpful in aiding us to prepare the house for selling. Louise pointed out simple repairs we could do that would enhance the appeal of the house. She was always available when we needed her. Even though the house was on a busy street, it sold in a few months.
