When we decided to sell our condominium, Tracy assisted us throughout the entire process. From determining the selling price to reviewing offers, Tracy guided us with her expertise and knowledge about the housing market. Consequently, we were able to sell our condominium in less than a week. Tracy answered all our questions and concerns during the process, and continued to reassure us with her calm and confident demeanor. Everything went seamlessly, and we were extremely grateful to have had Tracy as our realtor.
My contact with Melissa began before I was ready to sell my home. Schooling me on the steps necessary to prepare my home to get the best offers was invaluable. Once I committed to selling my home Melissa and the Sue Adler team were available, responsive and went above and beyond my expectations . Recommendations for workmen to make necessary updates were excellent. A weekend of open houses resulted in 23 offers, all above the listed price. When, after accepting the best offer, I was incapacitated in an accident, Melissa and the support team made every effort to fill in the gaps and attend to items which required resolution prior to closing. I highly recommend Melissa and the Sue Adler team without reservation.
You may think "complete service" is a broker's marketing talk. Here it is understated. We had a set of circumstances of living 1,2000 miles away with caretaking responsibilities and limited time to sort through a house full of memories and make emotional choices. Over three years, Melissa talked us through it and then when crunch time came, she and her team went into super hero mode. If we had problems, she had solutions. Packing up artwork for example. She knew the perfect packer. She was there to give the packer access. What to sell? What to donate? What to throw away? Again, she could call on experts in the field to provide valuations. Almost all of this occurred with me thousands of miles away. It's not just that she found someone to do these things. She found wonderful, sensitive highly skilled people. If there were gas readings to be done, her folks were there. If a cable box needed dropping off, they did it. If a last minute paint job was needed, she found the person. We could not have ever expected the level of service we got. It was a dream working with Melissa and her team.
Justin provided an excellent support as a seller's agent and drove a very successful sale finding the right buyer in only 3 days! As I am in a different state, he also helped coordinate all the ancillary services - in particular staging and fixing of some small issues - which went beyond my expectations.
