As one who has bought and sold several properties, this was an exceptional experience. Hired to assist with the sale of an aunt's home in an area 50 miles from us, she delivered precisely as explained, achieving a price beyond their estimate and well beyond her hopes despite multiple challenges involved with the property. Also appreciated the transparency related to fees, etc. I would not consider a real estate transaction in this area without using their services.
