When we decided to sell our condominium, Tracy assisted us throughout the entire process. From determining the selling price to reviewing offers, Tracy guided us with her expertise and knowledge about the housing market. Consequently, we were able to sell our condominium in less than a week. Tracy answered all our questions and concerns during the process, and continued to reassure us with her calm and confident demeanor. My contact with Melissa began before I was ready to sell my home. Schooling me on the steps necessary to prepare my home to get the best offers was invaluable. Once I committed to selling my home Melissa and the Sue Adler team were available, responsive and went above and beyond my expectations . Recommendations for workmen to make necessary updates were excellent. A weekend of open houses resulted in 23 offers, all above the listed price. When, after accepting the best offer, I was incapacitated in an accident, Melissa and the support team made every effort to fill in the gaps and attend to items which required resolution prior to closing. You may think "complete service" is a broker's marketing talk. Here it is understated. We had a set of circumstances of living 1,2000 miles away with caretaking responsibilities and limited time to sort through a house full of memories and make emotional choices. Over three years, Melissa talked us through it and then when crunch time came, she and her team went into super hero mode. If we had problems, she had solutions. Packing up artwork for example. She knew the perfect packer. She was there to give the packer access. What to sell? What to donate? What to throw away? Again, she could call on experts in the field to provide valuations. Almost all of this occurred with me thousands of miles away. It's not just that she found someone to do these things. She found wonderful, sensitive highly skilled people. If there were gas readings to be done, her folks were there. If a cable box needed dropping off, they did it. If a last minute paint job was needed, she found the person. We could not have ever expected the level of service we got. It was a dream working with Melissa and her team.

Justin provided an excellent support as a seller's agent and drove a very successful sale finding the right buyer in only 3 days! As I am in a different state, he also helped coordinate all the ancillary services - in particular staging and fixing of some small issues - which went beyond my expectations. Simply put - Jennifer was terrific selling our house in Summit. It was our first house from 1981 and Jennifer (and her team) lead us through the entire process and was always very responsive to any of our inquiries or concerns. Her knowledge of our area was encyclopedic. She smartly had us list our house below market value which quickly ending up with great bids. We went to contract right after the Open House. Hard to quantify, but Jennifer was always very empathetic to our concerns selling a house for the first time and being a senior couple. This was greatly appreciated. If you are selling a house, go with Jennifer - all I can say.

That is exactly what happened and we garnered 8 offers all above list price. MLS listing was excellent with professional photos and narrative. The Sue Adler team includes a negotiating team,attorney availability, and staging advise and assistance. My property sold 5 days after listing and closed in a month and a half.l could not be happier with the entire process,and highly recommend the Sue Adler team and Melissa.

Vikas is very familiar with the property market around Millburn area. He is very prompt in responding to any questions and is very resourceful. He is on top of all the recent sales in the area which makes him very good in estimating value of the home. Even after closing he helped us with finding handyman, movers and electrician and they did a very good job.

Tracy Biebelberg is the real estate associate you want to work with to get your home sold. I began my conversation with Tracy (through a family friend recommendation) in January 2020 as I was looking to assist my mother in selling her home. Within about 3 months we completed all of the preparation and closed on the sale during the height of the current pandemic. There is no doubt in my mind that Tracy is responsible for making this happen. Tracy understands the most important aspect of handling a transaction like selling a home: it is the client. From day one this was a partnership with a mutual goal in mind. We discussed with Tracy what "improvements" we were willing to do to get the best value out of the sale - and an immediate offer. Tracy explained our options and then provided all of the resources to make this happen. At every step along the way I knew that Tracy had our best interests in mind. In about 6 weeks we de cluttered the house, had it fully painted and staged. Within 24 hours of listing the house on Zillow we had our first offer - and closed on the sale 5 weeks later. The challenges that must be met within the timeframe between offer and closing were exacerbated by the complete shutdown of almost everything.
