Working with Sue Adler and her team was an incredible experience! We met with Sue and were very impressed with her expertise of the market. She outlined a strategy for selling our Chatham house by setting an attractive asking price to enhance the level of interest and attract offers. The strategy was right on, and the house was shown and sold within 2 weeks of our meeting, and while we were on a 2-week vacation in Europe. We had 37 showings in a 4-day period and received 11 offers, all above our asking price. Sue's team approach is extremely effective. We worked with a team of specialists, where each member of the team handles a different phase of the process and is expert at that phase. The team communicates with each other and with us so it is an extremely well run process. Sue is the listing agent, and plans the pricing strategy and shows the house. Melissa is the project manager through the sale and coordinates the sale/contract process. They recommended Leah, a staging specialist, who did a great job with some simple changes to allow potential buyers to see the space and the best utilization of the rooms. We met with a copywriter and photographer, who developed a brochure on our house. We stayed in touch with Sue and Melissa while in Europe, and were able to select the best offer (which we were very pleased with and complete the contract process by phone and online documents. Then Dawn took over to work with us and prepare for the home inspection and closing process. She was excellent, and we had all bases covered. Again, great communication and always accessible. Together, we were able to handle all issues and close on schedule, 5 weeks after the contract was signed. This was an exceptional experience, beginning with the pricing strategy which was right on point, and continuing through the offer/sale, contract, and closing phases.
