Abby helped my husband and I buy our first home during the crazy 2021-2022 housing market. She was patient and informative from day 1, showing us homes at a variety of price points and towns in the initial months so we could get a sense of what we wanted/needed and where we wanted to live. She was honest and helpful in her advice, and didn't beat around the bush (which we appreciated)! She was always available to discuss comps, strategy for offers, and pros/cons of each property. Her input was spot on! She really knows her market! After months of looking, she never grew weary of us,and she was able to navigate us through a few "highest and best" offers. Once an offer was accepted, she navigated the closing process for us. I would thoroughly recommend Abby to anyone who is buying in the North Jersey market (specifically Chatham, Summit, Millburn,Short Hills, Livingston areas)!
