On the sale side they assisted and guided us through pricing strategy; pre-listing inspection and repair, helping us select well qualified personnel to handle the tasks in a professional, yet cost-effective manner; staging liaison; showing; liaison with local governmental permitting authorities; aid in selecting appropriate movers; and, ultimately, closing.
