Deciding to sell our home in Summit was something that my husband and I thought about briefly.  We contacted Sue Adler to discuss it, to see who was out there as potential buyers, and what the Summit luxury home market was dictating for a home as large and well built as ours. Within a week, Sue found a buyer, connected him with us and our house was sold.  It was really that easy, or at least it seemed that way.  Sue went to work immediately for us.  She called potential buyers, met them to discuss our home and really worked to find us solid buyer. Her team, which includes Dawn Preziosi, was essential when it came to the details of selling a home, going through an inspection, all the way down to the details of finding the workers to correct any small problems that were found in our inspection.  Dawn worked side by side with electricians and construction workers to ensure that every detail was corrected and up to inspection standards. We have never experienced the sale of any of our homes before, and were really ignorant to the process.  There is so much, so many small details and Sue and Dawn, and all of their team members, really made this a smooth process for us.  They took care of every detail with such attention and focus. I recommend this group of individuals so highly, and truly consider them all friends after having gone through this process with them.
