Louise knows the local area quite well. She also has connections to vendors and professionals one might need in readying a sale -- contractor, handyman, loan official, lawyer, etc. This is exceptionally helpful, especially in getting things done quickly and at a good price. She is detail-oriented and stays on top of things. She also is hard working and upbeat always. She goes the extra mile. Louise handled both my purchase of my new home and the sale of the existing one.
