During the 2016 calendar year Louise and I completed three successful transactions. Two residential home purchases ($400,000 and $890,000) and the sale of my personal home with a home medical office ($1,100,000). This sale required many months ( it was unusual with a home-office). Louise stayed the course and provided excellent advice and support. She was always honest about the process and was ALWAYS available for calls or meetings. To my knowledge she was at every showing...not leaving anything to chance with the other relators. She was invaluable on the purchases as she had the professional knowledge to provide us insight as to pricing etc. and she followed through until the process was consummated successfully for all parties.
