Simply put – Jennifer was terrific selling our house!
Simply put - Jennifer was terrific selling our house in Summit. It was our first house from 1981 and Jennifer (and her team) lead us through the entire process and was always very responsive to any of our inquiries or concerns. Her knowledge of our area was encyclopedic. She smartly had us list our house below market value which quickly ending up with great bids. We went to contract right after the Open House. Hard to quantify, but Jennifer was always very empathetic to our concerns selling a house for the first time and being a senior couple. This was greatly appreciated. If you are selling a house, go with Jennifer - all I can say.
