The word team is often meaningless. Sue and her colleagues make team meaningful for their clients. Their expertise and coordination capabilities were thoughtful, careful, respectful and mindful. They think about what they do - how unique. Their attention to detail in helping me think about what I would do to prepare the house was outstanding. As I was travelling out of country, they made the extra effort to keep things on track by their sensitivity to time zones and my business schedule. This is their job but also their passion - getting it right for all parties.
