We listed our house in the Poet Section of Short Hills with Sue Adler and she sold it the first weekend.  Sue has a team of experts for photography, floor plan, brochure writing,  online marketing, and inspection negotiations, who are all amazing. Dawn is the inspection negotiation expert and was our lifeline during this process. She is extremely knowledgeable and manages everything from negotiating, recommending contractors and scheduling town inspections. This is a critical stage during the house selling process and you want someone like her by your side.
