Tracy is an excellent realtor and we highly recommend her. We worked with her throughout 2025. From the beginning, she was very responsive and listened to what we were and weren't looking for. She guided us and gave her thoughts, without ever forcing us or rushing us. We spent countless weekends looking at houses and she was very patient and always brought a great attitude and acted as a true partner. When it was time to make an offer, she walked us through the process and told us what she thought we would need to bid to win, and leaving it up to us to decide. And we won out of 10 offers!
